Would it be a coincidence that no new loans (unless someone has had a £5) have been made today? I really find myself wondering if there will be a lot of loans made on Friday. Or is that a little too cynical Still nothing for me. Sadly, your cynicism was correct.

I got the same car image earlier with Firefox. But got in fine when I tried Chrome at the same time. I've just tried both again now, and they both work just fine for me.

Surely the server can't be down or we wouldn't be getting anything at all from the domain. I am not suggesting the server is down. I was responding to someone's point of view about it being a generic image for times in which a server does go down. My point, the image was created just before they pulled the plug

... I think the current image being displayed on the website is a default error page, as in, they have turned the servers off and thats what gets shown by default. If you look elsewhere in this thread you will find that the image (a jpg) was created on the day that they took the website off line, i.e. it was not a generic image that was waiting to be used in the unlikely event of a server going down. It was created just prior to pulling the plug.

Just a reminder to everybody - your worry, fear, frustration, anger et al are all reasonable, but be extremely careful before making anything that may be understood to be an allegation or accusation. In some circumstances speculation can be useful and positive, in others it can be downright dangerous. Please be careful. No Allegations nor accusations made; I simply stated that I am concerned that a multi-million Pound P2P company appear to have major issues going on as their website was down, lack of communication nor updates. I sought advice via the on-line chat at www.actionfraud.police.uk where I expressed those concerns (which we both agreed could have any number of explanations, many innocent) and followed the the advice they provided. If it is innocent, you have the option to update "your situation".

I can only repeat the advice given to me when seeking guidance about what had occurred (site down, lack of communication or updates) via their on-line chat; "I would advise reporting this to us, you can report this using our online reporting tool at: www.actionfraud.police.uk/report-fraud-about-you " Or call: 0300 123 2040 Never fire someone else's bullet... Why don't you too use their online chat system and just express your concerns, if you have any (on what could have any number of explanations, many innocent)? I followed the advice given, "I would advise reporting this to us.. “. If it is innocent, you have the option to update "your situation". Then we can all laugh and enjoy a red wine.

If it were an IT issue a Roll Back to to previous backed-up version would have been implemented in a fraction of the time.
With no appearance on here, no email to investors and no updates via social media all points towards a far worse situation IMHO
