Non UK EU investors. How do you add your bank account? While Lendy was functioning, I made my withdrawals through Transferwise, now that the Administrator is asking to update personal details including the bank account, how do I add a SEPA account? The current options seem to work only for UK accounts. Should I just ignore adding an account for now? As you already use Transferwise you could open a Borderless account with them. This will give you a UK Bank account with sort code then you can easily transfer funds from GBP to the EUR account. Of course at this stage I do not know if they would accept a new bank account, though the bank account page still offers this possibility. Alistair

Tip on manual investing: As you say, auto invest is very slow to invest. I often find fairly large sums sitting idle. To make manual investing more user friendly I open the loans available list with my selected criteria. This will usually have many pages of loans available. Now the trick is to right click on the invest button and choose open in new tab. Now you can make the investment without resetting the loans list. Once the investment is made you can then close this tab and proceed with another loan. The investment process can be very slow and sometimes gives 'internal server error' message in red or can time out and revert back to the previous page. I keep a written list of investments made so that I don't get lost. Today I had 400 Euros returned and it took about 20 minutes to make 20 investments of 20 Euros. Good luck investing!

Deposited fund via TransferWise past 19 December and my account has not been credited yet. Does connecting to your online banking take 8 days ? gaudente, I am in a similar situation as I transferred funds on 17th December from my TransferWise borderless account. I was at first told that it needed 5 working days for deposit to appear on my Grupeer account and as 24 to 26 December were holidays it was too soon. However I now have a follow up email from Grupeer support advising that they need confirmation that I am the owner of the borderless account. As this information had to come from TransferWise they included an example message to send to TransferWise support. This must be a new procedure as I have successfully made transfers in the past. I suggest you contact Grupeer support to find out if this is applicable in your case. Alistair PS After requesting confirmation from TransferWise, funds have now appeared on my account.

This message from Envestio recently sent to the admin of a Spanish fintech forum has useful information if you are anxiously awaiting new investment opportunities.
"There are no projects available for investing at the moment. We used to publish 2-3 investment opportunities per week this year. Now we wish to take a short Christmas holidays break to finalize the results and approve our strategy for the following year. There will be most likely only 1 new project placed (from an already presented loan originator) this year.
We have ongoing negotiations with a couple of new project owners, but they are also now preparing for holidays, etc., as well as other related parties to loan approval/evaluation process do. Many new projects will be introduced beginning of 2019! Stay tuned!"

I also received my first principal payback and was lucky enough to reinvest in the new loan from the same borrower. As you point out the emails tend to arrive some time after the loan becomes available, and so may be sold out by then. In this case it was not even on the projects page when I invested after seeing it listed as available. Even the details were incomplete but it was not difficult to guess that it was a further tranche of the Urban Mining loans. I have to admit to having the advantage in some cases of being on a different time zone from Europe!

I wanted to withdraw but I funded my account via Transferwise. Does this work as a method of withdrawal? As far as I know Transferwise only sends money. If not is it possible to add bank details? Hi invester, Transferwise offer the Borderless account which can receive funds in several currencies. I have been using this to receive GBP funds from Lendy and Moneything, and payments in EUR to Peerberry and Grupeer. Unfortunately most are unhappy to pay out via Transferwise and insist on a regular bank account. You should check if Mintos allows this. If not, you would need to provide your bank details.

@representative of Robo-Cash are their new loans coming in? Cash drag has been going on for a while. Though I really love the platform, I think I'll reduce my stake if this keeps going on. Hi moneymakingmoney, There are now plenty of loans available from ZFinance, but the interest has been reduced to 12%. Alistair

I cannot see this loan in the non performing section or any of the other sections, DFL017 is still listed under Live Loans

Hi patright,
I count 35 loans available on the website at this time, so yes at 25 Euros per loan you would need 40 to invest your EUR1000 so you will have some cash drag. There is no telling when new loans will appear, but it appears that more are being released now than previously.

Manual investment is not possible with Robocash. The link to the list of available loans is at the bottom of the web page, though recently there are none shown any time I have looked. Cash drag does seem to be a problem at the moment.

No cash drag as there are 21 loans available for investment. However not many new loans appear except the Russian 15% ones that arrive regularly and often sell out in a few days.

I have just signed up with RoboCash and now have 24 100% late loans! The buyback should pay out at 31 days, so only a few days to wait as they mostly have 4 or 5 days to run. The loans available page has only two current loans listed and lots of late ones at this time.

I have just signed up for a Robocash account with a UK passport and a Malaysian address and mobile phone number. It was formatted strangely, but all the numbers appeared and it was accepted by the robot. Just waiting for confirmation of my deposit from a Spanish bank!
