Replied positively - with two questions. 1) What constitutes a 'sufficient majority' of investors? 2) Is it one vote per lender, or are they pro-rata? Monetus are you able to shed any light here? Also, it would appear that they have re-found my email address, although the 6 month report is still invisible....

Nor Me . How many duds so far? Maybe this could be brought up too I would like to be there when Monetus reads out the list of people who didn't get the email (I'm pretty sure that's not how it would work, I just like the idea) So far at a rough tally we have Registerme Ceejay ih123 Banfly adrianC Alison Travolta Westcountryfunder Luckily no need for Village Idiot, I got a copy. Would there be a logic to sending a PM to Monetus with your email details (probably as curious a list), assuming he would be happy to collate and hand over? You can add me to the list as well....

how many of us would have invested if it were not for the FCA register showing they had interim permission.
Given that thousands of people were shoveling millions of pounds into p2p long before permissions existed, I would say that the answer to your question is most of them. I simply don't buy into the idea that a large proportion of COL investors looked at the FCA register and based their investment decisions purely on what they saw there.
There appears to be only the most tenuous links between the example you posted and the situation at COL, so I won't be rushing to fund a class action. Without assurance that FCA interim permissions were granted, I would not have invested. P2P is never 'safe' as such, but having a regulators approval (even interim) certainly increases confidence in the platform - without it I would have avoided Col.

Hi all let's just have a little post Easter break and wait for court case. As most of the loans were not due to mature for several weeks yet there is no point in fruitless worrying. We are only short a few weeks interest into our accounts which most would have reinvested anyway.
One caveat let us all who are not too badly affected spare a thought for those who used the interest for their monthly survival, hopefully the won't have to wait too much longer and you don't suffer too much. Whilst I do agree with you on the taking a break and avoiding pointless worrying, well over half of my loans (value-wise) were due to repay in the last month, with more due in the next fortnight! This makes me a little more nervous than a few weeks worth of interest

Collateral?? (Or another platform? Lendy, perhaps?) Definitely collateral (I'm not on Lendy) - for example, the date column of BL00026 has recently changed to 264 days, which is only noticeable as Days remaining figure is now in Bold. *Just to clarify, I know the dates should change everyday! But this one jumped back about 30 days

Not for the website as such, but could loans with dates that have been extended (or shortened?) be included in the weekly round-up email? I know they're highlighted in bold on the 'Loans Available' page, but if dates change for ones not currently on the secondary market, I don't pick it up. Collateral?? (Or another platform? I'm trying to find the borrower number for several of my loans which have repaid - this number does not appear in any of my email communications concerning the loan, and I can't seem to access much information on the loans in the 'repaid' sections. It may only be a small thing - but I like to make sure my records are correct! Does anyone know how to get hold of this information? What's the number of the loans? Ive got quite a lot of them recorded as part of an aborted project so might be able to assist. Thanks! COLBL00011 and COLBL00012 - I've managed to overwrite the borrower numbers....
