I have donated. From the funding page: "The legal advice thus obtained will only be shared with those who are verified by the Creditors Committee as being genuine platform investors." Who do I need to contact to get verified? I am in the same position. I have donated money, but don't know who I need to contact to get myself verified?

If my cash balance (assuming that is my e-wallet) is showing as 0, but I have a stack of cash due to me sitting in a holding account following the Tower Block repayment, do I have an interest in these proceedings or not?

Would anyone be kind enough to explain today's email from Funding Secure regarding the Quistclose Trust in layman's terms What does 'joining the proceeding' actually mean? (and will it improve my chances of getting my money back? )

Anyone got any idea ballpark how much the administrators will cost?
With the 'All Active and Past Loans' feature disbales its hard to keep track of the loans that have repaid since the restrictions were placed on withdrawls, but there has been at least the following, which totals abot 436k sitting around.
W*** Gr**n Road - 96k Watches - 10k Stretf**d - 129k As*****ne Avenue - 201k
Giving this will drag on for a while the figure will probably rise significantly.
I appreciate the administrators need to be paid, and would be prepared to lose a % of this to them. Are they suggesting this money could be used to pay other creditors? - That is obviosuly unacceptable

Apologies if this has already been asked, but given FAQ 36 below has now been added, please can FSAG Admin advise how to fill in the Proxy Form?
36. What should Investors do to participate at the forthcoming Creditor’s Meeting on 28 November?
Investors are requested to:-
a. Complete the appropriate forms indicating the total value of their investment in the Company (as at
the date they complete the forms);
b. Indicate on the Voting Resolution Form whether they wish to approve the Proposals or otherwise;
c. State whether they intend to attend the meeting or complete the Proxy Form appointing the Chairman
or a named third party to vote as the Investor instructs (or at their discretion); and
d. Please return these forms to CG&Co as soon as possible by email (info@cg-recovery.com) or via
post to Stephanie Adams, CG&Co, Greg’s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU

I too have done multiple ISA transfers with FS and all have been dealt with seamlessly.
If the lack of coherent description in this thread is anything to go by my money is on the problem being with the OP not FS (sorry mate!)

Extracts from recent updates below. The only thing I can gauge from this is if the update is before the 14th of the month you get a 'next 10 days' update, otherwise you get an 'end of <month>' update. Apart from that I have no idea how you can exchange on a property in January and still not have completed by June
just now
... there has been another slight delay and we are now expecting this to complete in the next 10 days.
10/05/2019
Unfortunately there have been further delays with the sale of the final two properties. We are waiting for the completion dates to be finalised - now expected to be within the next 10 days.
25/03/2019
After some further delays the final two sales are now expected to be completed by the end of March.
01/02/2019
Unfortunately there has been a further delay in completion of the final two sales.
14/01/2019
There has been a small delay in completing the sale of the fourth and fifth property - now expected by end January.
03/01/2019
The remaining two have exchanged but not yet completed. ... the remaining loans will be repaid once the funds for the final two properties have been received, expected within the next 10 days.

FS did the honourable thing, have left themselves out of pocket ...but have still managed to p*ss off all the investors in this loan - quite an achievement!!

fundingsecure , to prevent a run on the banks p2p providers, what reassurance (evidence) can you provide us that you are profitable and healthy and not about to follow Collateral, Lendy and ... ? Not sure if a run on FS is possible - nobody can access their money

6 Disaster =100% loss of interest no possible further recovery
3 Moderate Disaster= 100% loss of interest possible further recovery 4 Slight Disaster=50% loss of interest no possible further recovery 6 Near disaster = up to 50% loss of interest possible further recovery
Seriously??? If this ends up nothing worse than a partial loss on interest most investors will celebrating on this one!

If the borrower bought this one back from the auction he would be quids in... Not really - 35k loan, 6k interest paid to investors over the years plus various fees etc...

4% is minimum rate you can list at. But if the rate drops below 4% as maturity approaches the item doesn't get delisted.
