Ok, thanks. I was in middle of some prudent selling and wondered if there was some mechanism to prevent sell offs, just 3 working days to wait now .

MoneyThing Hi Ed, unless I've lost the plot somewhere, it appears that the Statement export / download function has been changed at some point last month to add a date search capabilty (rather than always downloading the whole transaction history). For some reason this has resulted in the transaction sequence in the download file now running from "newest to oldest", rather than the more usual "oldest to newest", even if the page has first been sorted to view transactions "oldest to newest" on-screen. This wouldn't be a problem if the downloaded file sorted on Date correctly, so that the transaction sequence can be reversed in Excel. However, when I do this, transactions with the same date get shuffled so that the running balance jumps all over the place. Could you please either reverse the default sequence of the download file, back to "oldest to newest", or else somehow ensure that when the Date column in the download file is sorted "oldest to newest", the transactions remain in the correct sequence? Otherwise we're all going to have to modify our own spreadsheets to accommodate the change! Thanks. Ps. If anyone else has a quick work-around to get to "oldest to newest" in the correct sequence, please advise! On one of my downloads I add a temporary column to number them, sort to get old to new and then exclude the numbering from my data import, could that help?

Collateral goes kaput - the natural question we should all be asking is: Who's next? Collateral did no go "kaput". It was put under administration for a technicality relating to the FCA authorisation. Just to be clear, the company is not insolvent. Although tbf it was running losses with negative liabilities in its last accounts.

Steady as she goes good ship Ly. No weekend sailing on a school day. Water ski in if you have to. Our hopes are invested in you and all who sail in her.

Stunned to find out the result of this poll when reading an email from MT this morning. I get the impression that the guys at money thing are as stunned and shocked as I am to find out they have won. As far as I was concerned and I think everybody else close to the industry, this was a one horse race and the only horse in the race was called COL. Regardless of what the poll says the platform of the year has been Collateral by whatever indicator you wish to manage it by. A High performing high Returns high amount of new business platform with a level of customer service that frankly is second to none. I am just over to Collateral now to invest in the new 14% loan. George, You left Ly (publicly trashing them as you closed the door) and MT (although perhaps the SM prevented a full exit). As someone that has never lost a penny, could you help others with how your stratgies are performing? I always try to learn from them (if only to act in the contrary - for example, by avoiding the junior 14% tranches you allude to).

Took about a minute Yes, it seems as we will have to implement commitment restrictions for a certain time period (say 24 hours) for smaller loans to allow everyone to invest. Regards, Filip To keep the loan sizes reasonable, you might consider limits sufficient for 2-3 hrs (like Collateral used to) rather than spreading very thinly for 24 hrs supply (as MT do). Either way, I love the Available Soon countdown clock, highly useful esp on mobile.

I bought some pawn but re-sold when I saw the redemption date, thanks for buying! I avoided the pawn that ends tomorrow. Luckily others were less discerning . I avoided the longer dated loans when I looked at the 31 March 2017 accounts.

Plenty of high class loans, must be an interim thing, waiting for the new pipeline behemoth.

What happened to bid limits?? Anyone with a life & might have other things to do @ 8pm Such as sleep. Whilst the arcadian rhythms of life do interrupt evening investing, I have the consolation of hitting abl with two withdrawal fees. *The first on reading an earnings valuation based on no earnings

Presumably these are C************ D****, 4 bed mews once marketed for £338k, anyone confirm?, also is/was the builder the one that went into liquidation in 2017? Our borrower stalled the development in a disagreement with the previous lender and lost the 1st six sales but restarted under MT refinance.
