MoneyThing , to avoid confusion with newly launched loans, could the "Available" column shading colour used for "Trading Suspended" loans be changed from yellow to, say, a mid-grey? Or else, simpler still, remove the shading colour altogether. Thanks - hadn't appreciated it was highlighted in yellow (i.e. PM). Now amended to show SM. Will also consider whether to introduce a new status for suspended. Regards, Ed.

MoneyThing - Ed, it would be really helpful to have a payment schedule available. The best of other platforms offer downloadable, .csv or similar, simple, schedules giving:
loan id
loan name
payment dates for the term of the loan
payment amount (relevant to lenders individual account!).
This information helps lenders to plan purchases and whatnot. Very useful.
Morning. Happy to have a look at this once we have the variable SM launched and bedded in - not too long now. Regards, Ed.

Morning. Just to clarify that this loan was extended on the 8th November by three months from the 24th November. As such, our update from yesterday did not extend the loan. Kind regards, Ed.

Hang on I was paid the capital for the cars and looks like all are reverted. Was the car loan paid up or not? Evening pi, As per our email response today, you had completely sold out of the loans just prior to the loan repaying and therefore you did not have any repaid transactions on your statement. Kind regards, Ed

Evening ganymede. Yes, unfortunately whilst I had drafted the email ready to send at 3.45am on Saturday morning, I was then presented with an error on our external email system to say that we had reached our monthly limit of 25,000 sends. Unfortunately there was no way of buying more credits at that time in the morning otherwise I would have let everyone know all was fixed. I have now upped our email allocation so this should not happen again. Apologies. Regards, Ed. Is there a missing 0 in the original number MoneyThing ? Given you have 5185 members that would only allow 5 ish per member per month. I can't believe how many times I had to check my sums on that one. Yes, but only c. two-thirds of our lenders have opted-in to receive emails. Ed.

Things appear to be back. I was allowed to bid on loan successfully using up the loan repayment, plus some interest paid out today.
No e-mail / support update from MoneyThing , SophieThing saying ok everything back working. Guess it's been a late night for all. Evening ganymede. A tale of a Hare & a Tortoise?
With regard to the Mercedes G63, and purely as a matter of curiosity (only mildly miffed), why was it that today, at 12:00:06, I was limited to a £208 purchase (despite enterering a higher figure) while someone less speedy than I was allowed to pick-up the princely sum of £3,917 a full 6 sec later? Afternoon ianj. Been trying to work out how this might have happened. Originally I thought it might have been due to what hantsowl suggested ("Maybe you were buying on a “cached” page that was setup before 12:00. You would probably need to refresh the page after the limit was removed."), however this cannot have been the case since you already fully subscribed to the bid limit for the 24hrs proceeding midday today and therefore if it was cached then it would have not allowed you to bid a further amount at all. You will also notice on the attached screenshot that there were two bids >£208 successfully placed before you and therefore I have ruled out a server time mismatch. I can only think that perhaps you have autofill turned on on your browser and it had cached the £208 entered in yesterday (or the day before), against that URL and although you entered an amount >£208, whilst moving you mouse down to the submit button it accidentally autofilled to the £208? Might be missing the mark on this but can't think of any other alternative cause at the moment. Kind regards, Ed

MoneyThing , can you please clarify why it was decided to change underlying vehicles (and start new loans) rather than extend the existing loans? thanks Afternoon ric. It was agreed at the start of relationship with the borrower that term & LTV combination was set at 3m & 70% respectively. The short-term specifically was to reduce the amount the LTV would increase from a depreciation* perspective. Kind regards, Ed. *having said that, many of the higher end & rarer cars we do lend against with this borrower typically depreciate a lot slower than your more mainstream mass produced cars.
