Hey! I did an interview with Loit Linnupõld (CEO of Crowdestate). Unfortunately this is in Estonian, but maybe with the help of Google Translate you can still have some value out of it.

How did Eurocent go down so fast after just some months being active on the Mintos marketplace? How can investor truly understand the depth of analysis made by Mintos to understand if loan originator is worth listing?

Hi, Shortly after launching DoFinance (www.dofinance.eu) for investors in Europe, the platform expands and is now available also to investors in Asia. By opening a representative office in Indonesia, we want to connect Asian capital with European loans. Find out more about here: www.crowdfundinsider.com/2017/05/100475-p2p-lender-dofinance-opens-office-indonesia-part-asian-expansion/As mentioned previously, unlike on other P2P platforms, on DoFinance money never sits still, it is always earning – Auto Invest makes sure funds are reinvested the moment the borrower returns the loan and the money becomes available; investors have access to money at any time, and, while secured with a BuyBack guarantee, you don’t have to wait for an extra 30 days to get your funds back – your money is available right away. Questions? Feedback? We look forward to an interesting discussion. Warm regards, The DoFinance Team www.dofinance.eu Hey! What is the value proposition that DoFinance offers to it's investors? You are rather new company, how investors should assess the risks of DoFinance? (Financial reports? Why did you decided to expand in Asia? Any previous experience in payday loan sector?)

Anyone having funny business going on on their accounts aswell? I mean look at the term and look at the date when the loan was issued, and it's a BB loan: Are you sure that this loan has not been extended previously? They can extend a loan up to 6 times. Issuance > 1 month to payment > +6x extension aka 6 months more > last one goes to "delay" status = 8 months total from the issuance.

Hey!
I've been using them since 2013. As a disclaimer I must admit that I speak with the team rather often, so I think I know a thing or two about them.
Crowdestate (CE) is peer to business lending platform, mainly directed towards property development project. There has been some deals from corporate finance side also and I think this is something they will expand into (it's also reasonable due to high real estate prices and therefore lower expected returns). The team itself is reputable (Loit has some 20 years in banking, Märt is also bank experienced, but was a CEO of stock exchange listed company for 5 years prior joining CE).
From the report: revenue 413k€ profit 156k€
They have put into work 40 projects. Out of these 11 are successful exits, 1 is problematic (if I remember correctly it had 1. lien with LTV of around 50%. The collateral is in good location, so this project will probably end up also on the positive side). Best one is Jüri warehouse developement project, where return was as high as 48%. Loit has said that it is definitely really hard to do better in future. Don't get your expectations up. Usually return expectation should be around 12-20% p.a. But you must notice the capital type when investing. There is a difference if you invest in equity vs collateral backed loan.
If any questions arise, feel free to ask!
