I too have loans from 2018 that are overdue or defaulted. Does it matter to me? Nope.
What matters is that I have many more loans from that period that have been repaid in full and the overdue and defaults are currently nothing but a small slice of the pie.
And of course some overdue and/or default loans have had payments through instalments
Overall as I said earlier I'm happy

Anyway there are no posts for a year, so I wondered what peoples current experiences are? Defaults are running at 6.6% according to their stats - does this ring true? Cheers, Frank I am currently very happy with the return from my investment with TMP.

JustUs (formerly eMoneyUnion)

So, here we are, 14 months on, and I see that a BiPS token is now worth a few pennies over £10. That's a cool 5 grand just for ticking some boxes. Very nice, but has anyone used these to fund a loan, or even cashed them in for pound notes? I'm still wondering where mine are hiding. And wondering where my MoneyBrain is hiding.
I only have JustUs showing no BIPS...

I emailed them about this a while ago. The just said they would worry about it when it happens. It's happening. Are they worrying yet?

Along the same lines as above...
Can we have back the Total Loans outstanding figure that has been removed from the Wallet screen? Without it I currently have no way of knowing my balance of account on your platform - unless I'm missing something which is quite possible!
Thanks

I have far too many defaulted/unpaid loans on TMP, did I get all the duds? Is anyone in profit?
This year's tax statement...
Income £3,329.83 Bad Debt £2,916.67
So yes, it appears that I profit. Marginally.

Just noticed that on the MY LOANS tab, N**wise H**ting *td have a Capital Outstanding figure of £-1.
I lend them money, charge them interest, and still end up owing them money? Surely not!
Worryingly there are still 4 more payments due... maybe I should send them a cheque?

I'm not looking for sympathy. I post here as a public service to assist potential investors.

Both directors resigned in March. Compulsory winding-up in progress. Pub/restaurant seemingly no longer trading. Website "events" still stuck on Valentines Day. No answer on telephone numbers for over a month.
And... silence from ReBS.

Why would rebs need to keep investors happy? They have ongoing revenue from existing loans with which to pay themselves. Only getting new borrowers is important. If one gets that then their expectations of returns will be tempered. Maybe not enough for them to take focus off the massive interest rates one is rewarded by👿 for taking the high risk. New loan offers and new borrowers are pointless and worthless if there are no investors.

Prompted by this from the standard "We're sh1t at collecting debts" post that goes out from ReBS from time to time...
...I'm wondering if anyone else is tempted? I'm starting to feel that DIY collection on some debts is more likely to get a result. Last time I asked the question, nobody had.

New charge registered at CH on this company that quite obviously ranks above our security. And at the same time, this month's payment is of course oerdue. STILL NO DD?
Hardly surprising since our security is limited to a post by the borrower "Guys, I'll pay you eventually... probably"
I'll bet the entire interest I have earned from this debtor in the last 12 months on this post, and the many questions I have posted in the online forum at ReBS, remaining unanswered by ReBS.

I don't think anyone works at Rebs anymore my friend. They're too busy attending Fintech and similar mutual back-slapping events to have time to waste dealing with unimportant stuff like investor relations, debt collection...
