I've just had a written response from my MP, Iain Duncan Smith. His response states that he is writing to Andrew Bailey, Chief Exec of the FCA, asking him to respond to the matters I have raised.
He says he will come back to me once he receives a reply from the FCA.

There is a secondary market offer price limit of 99.0% on 1000080 but there is (presumably an old) offer of 98.50 listed so nothing can be purchased as everything is stuck behind this?

Has anyone actually been able to invest yet? It usually only takes me a few attempts but after around 15 attempts and sitting in a boiling hot study, my patience is wearing thin....... So obviously 95 of you have as I just refreshed the page and £287k has gone.....grrrrrrrrrrr

Hi ablrate as I have a lot of dead money on the platform at the moment can you please give an idea(ish) of pipeline when and size? Thanks In my experience, initiating a withdrawal will almost certainly be followed by a new loan email! More than once I've withdrawn to only have to deposit before the withdrawal hits my bank account. No complaints just the way it is Yep me too - every single time!!

Assetz Capital (AC)

I made two withdrawals last week, two days apart, but they both arrived on the same day (so one after 4 days and one after 2) so it does seem to be rather sporadic at the moment.

So it does seem things are happening although it is not being formally communicated to investors - there appears to be the refinance of COLL's BL00073 with FS from what I have just read on the FS board?

I've been with FC for around 4 years, I sold off massively around the time of the switch from the old system to the new, but have been gradually reinvesting since then and now have lower 5 figures with FC. I hold 600 loan parts and currently have comments for 84 loan parts and 33 loan parts in default. My stated returns are: Gross yield 11.3% Annualised return after fees and bad debts 7.7% Estimated fully diversified return 7.5% Now maybe I'm dodging lots of bullets but for a "invest and forget" platform, I think that's a pretty decent return. Others seem to have a much higher rate of defaults, and in fact one of the main reasons I'm not investing more is due to the tales of woe on here. I really hope I'm not speaking too soon of my experience........

I may have missed something but all my GBBA accounts have gone to sleep since 21.00 Saturday? I am presuming stopped for time difference? Same here over on the MLIA, no movement since Saturday. chris Yes same for me, no movement at all (withdrawals or investments) since Saturday evening

Entirely agree with the previous posts. I was thinking about dipping a toe in, albeit relatively reluctantly as I don't particularly want to add another platform to my list but diversification is king! So of course my first Port of call was this thread - and have to say that no matter how good their offering is, the actions of paulv1960 means I will not be investing any time soon in this platform. As others have said, trust in a platform and their staff (or "associates"!) is so important and I'm also fairly miffed that someone would think us P2P'ers are so naive or stupid! And I must have got out of bed the wrong side today because I've just fired off an email to them asking them if indeed the offending Paul is related to their company and in what capacity - I'm not expecting a reply
