?? I only see stuff about defaulted bridging loans generally, nothing HCBC specific. They never have done any status updates for HCBC1 The BCs are the bridging, aren't they? I'm maybe being paranoid. I do wish they'd communicate better... <sigh> Still, another satisfactory wrap-up's just come in, so I'm down to about half my peak with HC. 2.2% XIRR, but 3.4% if you ignore the ill-fated off-plan-flat 70% loss (HCP117). Could be worse. It was only the first bridging product, and they've never told us anything about what its been invested in. Since then they've had numerous (I believe - been firmly ignoring them) individual bridging loans for specific properties.

Did anybody else notice the quiet mention in yesterday's monthly update as to "defaulted" HCBC loans? No mention on the HCBC1 status page on the website. ?? I only see stuff about defaulted bridging loans generally, nothing HCBC specific. They never have done any status updates for HCBC1

Was interested in making a small deposit as from next month I will be drawing a pension rather than living off my savings. Is there a UK site? If not, just wondering how you actually deposit USD? I just have a basic bank GBP current account and a "Creation" conversion fee free credit card for spending abroad. Had a quick look at the website - wondered if the easiest way is to buy myself a "Kiva card". pom @bobo can you advise please? Thanks. I just pay with my paypal account...can't advise on anything else sorry.

I started trying to write some more constructive feedback but I've given up, it's just too far from usable for me right now. IF support manage to work out why I can only execute trades on my phone not my laptop then I might be able to get my head around how to make this work for me. At the moment, on a phone it's impossible to make any decisions without wasting huge amounts of time. An obvious filter that is missing is "sellable loans" - if I want to sell stuff I need to be able to easily differentiate it from paused loans or those I don't even have holdings in! If you go to 'Wallet', all the loans you hold are in there and you can click 'trade' to open up a trade tab. If you want to view active orders, go to the Orders tab and click 'Active Orders' Working on your issue presently... looking a server data Yes I already found that but as soon as you go to wallet you can't see which are active/paused or what they're selling for without going into each individual one so unless you're wanting to sell absolutely everything anyway (....!) doesn't really help. At least the trade execution issue now appears to be fixed

First time I've tried to use it (instead of just looking at it and thinking what?!?!?)- so don't know if its a hangover from the earlier error mentioned but its not working at all for me...hit the execute button to try and sell some, the wheel goes round and round and comes back to where it was..!?!?

No, I think it means like Moneything they will cease operations and hand over recoveries to administrators. No more hassle's for them, and higher costs for lenders but lenders are use to this model now. I think you're confusing your platforms - MT are not in admin Not so impressed about the line on tax statements tho (which I missed previously). If they manage to wind things up early, just do the tax statements early, as a couple of my platforms have done.

It was trying to protect you as restricted investors were no longer able to invest in Growth Street ISAs at all. I know I probably shouldn't have but on a couple of platforms where I knew I had no intention of investing any more (was just waiting for the bonus payments before getting out) I did classify myself as 'restricted'. I don't remember the definitions for Growth Street but think the other option may have been self-certified sophisticated investor, which I am in reality having investments in 11 P2Ps. It wasn't a problem until I needed my account details. Ah right - I forgot they did that. Well I hope they can provide you with your details - tho I was told once, for another IFISA that was also managed by Goji that they didn't really need the account refs anyway. After all if they have your name, address and NI it's not going to be that hard to match people up.

If you are categorised as a restricted investor there is no option to make a deposit under cash therefore you are unable to find your account details to transfer the ISA. This has been referred to to the tech team who are going to try to address the issue. Reading this I have to wonder if it is actually an issue or if the system is actually trying to protect you because perhaps you already have too much invested for a restricted investor. It is after all perfectly possible for a restricted investor to have 25k in a regular ISA, but if you have that much in an IFISA either you've invested "too much" because restricted =max 10% or if this were 10% you should actually be classified as HNW (250k+). It's none of my business, and you don't have to answer. I've just often wondered how any platform could ever actually do anything to prevent restricteds investing more than 10%, except at this obvious threshold.

? I just posted a transfer form with the address Irongate House, 22-30 Dukes Pl, London, EC3A7LP Personally I don't think for one minute that between GS, the destination ISA and Covid-19 that any transfer request will actually happen so I may just try a cash withdrawal before they grab it back. GS will accepted a scanned copy or photo of transfer form from new platform to: platformsupport@goji.investments Except actually this perhaps isn't optional> I bitched that yesterday's email should have told us stuff like the address and where to find out account ref. Got a reply today after I'd found & posted saying "The address that you should give on any ISA transfer form is: 133 Whitechapel High Street, London, E1 7QA However due to the current pandemic any forms should be scanned and emailed to platformsupport@goji.investments rather than mailed" So anyone that's already sent theirs in as well might want to let your new providers know else you could be waiting a while.

If that's a GS address then I'm sure it'll get forwarded. The ISA is actually managed by Goji tho which is the address I posted (and was what they put on transfer in paperwork). Was the same for landbay (although marked landbay rather than GS!) And because it was a bond managed by Goji I don't think GS could touch it anyway (and why would they when they already paid out other uninvested cash?!)
