This £320k request (fixed rate 11%) opened for bids about an hour ago, just £73,000 remaining and is likely to fill within the next hour or two.
Eurog*** 1 for £310k opened at 9am on a Sunday in October and filled in around 2 hours.

Why did it fill so fast?
I work in the construction industry and I wouldn't want to get involved. Only takes 1 dodgy contract.

I worked on the construction of the M6 and M2 years ago, then had those type of customers with my own business. Rotten payers on the whole, so wouldn't be for me either.

It was on my no list for exactly those reasons. I am beginning to think it will be rather pleasant to be post somewhere where you do not live in dread of offending the TCs owners of the Sponsors.

I am beginning to think it will be rather pleasant to be post somewhere where you do not live in dread of offending the TCs owners of the Sponsors. Welcome to the forum ! That's exactly the reason I volunteered to help get this one going. Crowd due diligence on an "on-platform" forum is always going to carry the risk if not of direct moderation (e.g. FC) of sensitivity towards the hosts. There are quite a few companies with loans on multiple platforms (usual pairings are TC + FC or FK + FC, with I suspect the current case of TC + crowdcube not being unique) and discussion of these cases is hard on an "on-platform" forum.
