The usual two big bidders had £25k each. Other bidders had £33k and £17k, so that was nearly a third of the loan gone in seconds. Remarkable. Same big hitters got their bids in first again - hmmmmm really FS j***y - £25,000.00 j****y - £25,000.00 It's a friggin disgrace. If FS are giving those two (?) £50K first in the Q privileges, they should tell me that only £292K is available. That would save me the trouble of transferring my £342K and having to withdraw £50K straight after the event! ... and stuff.

Its been a quiet couple of weeks, not fronting many loans, so the big hitters have not had much chance to deplete their funds, Fridays loans will probably be targets as well

sounds very plausible but has he/she got planning permission - if not then this developer is playing Russian Roulette in my opinion. I am staggered just how big some of the bids were for this loan. Given the wind turbine, boatyard, Wimbledon etc etc I just have not got the bottle to lend to such projects....to the disappointed bidders I would say "don't be!"

I wonder what the sale of land (that has been resold off Lot 1) realised ?..if its significant doesn't that relieve the pressure somewhat on The Farmhouse & the retained land within ?

They're both small and they're both renewals, meaning there will be very little available when they go live.
