Update today on this loan fundingsecure if I've identified the existing sales listing correctly and hence the current agent is the resales arm of the operator of the property, then the listing has been marked as "Sold STC" on Rightmove for the last 6 weeks or so. If that is indeed the right listing then I suggest your legal people force the removal of the listing from the web, and see what legal redress you have against the agent for falsely claiming that there was/is an accepted offer undergoing legal due dilligence. In an earlier update you correctly identified the summer as being an important time for the marketing in this location.

Indeed, however the agents own web site shows the property for sale, but as you point out rightmove shows Sold. Why didnt FS check progress since June ?

I am not surprised that this one has not sold - it is an over 60s flat (if I have the right one) with a high service charge which is not exactly ideal for most pensioners and there has been a lot of bad press about owners banging such charges up every few years.
Just seen the excellent mrc DD - linked to other loans such as the tower block in New Brighton...damn! Hopefully this one won't be such a disaster as the tower block but it is already a year late which takes the expected selling price plus interest to over the loan amount so maybe FS should just get rid of this one asap as I can't see any other option - just my opinion.

Now sold & 88% of our cash returned, with no interest. Net ROI -6.7%
Wonder when they'll let us withdraw some ?

No. They must be too busy retrieving our money which we can't have.

Outstanding capital fully repaid but no interest and no update. Capital Return from loan 3171765915D...indeed at 11.59 28/02...so where's the interest ?..may be a time lag whilst CG & Co work out their cut ?
Correction..ive only received 47.8% of capital (if that excludes interest) morris ...Are you sure you've received your full capital ? Edit..I note theres a previous post on this thread (Nov 28th) regarding a previous payment and im referring to my standings at date of administration..will have to re-check

Capital but no interest repaid.
If these flats were sold then why is there no interest?are the administrators willing to accept capital return and not pushing for the interest in which case the best we are going to get is 100 percent of capital only.
Not good

The loan has NOT been fully paid, which is why I suspect theres no interest.. I still have the loan (3171765915) with a reduced capital balance + interest on my dashboard.

Agreed, this is another partial repayment of capital. My involvement in this loan is as follows 14/8/2017 Purchased £25 29/9/2017 Capital £2.35, interest £0.04 repaid (loan A) 21/12/2017 Capital £11.58, interest £0.55 repaid (loan B) 18/7/2018 Capital £3.04, interest £0.37 repaid (loan C) 28/2/2020 Capital £3.84 repaid (loan D)
Remaining capital is indicated as £4.18 & remaining interest is £1.39
Hopefully, there'll be more to come.
I'd rather they opened the withdrawal tap, its the end of the tax year approaching & I'd like to withdraw my thousands
