Bar* Road. All gone within 15 minutes at the point I checked. 1st charge holder's P2P failure put me off at 1k in addition to the property type. I also noticed our solicitor is different from all previous loans, why ? Loan amount: £305,344 Rate: 13.0% Term: 21 months LTV: 63.6% Risk rating: C Security: Second charge
I didn't like the look either but took a chunk anyway with a view to keeping it for 12 months or so then sell on. Everything seems to sell on the SM within a couple of minutes.

New bridging loan is available now. 286k, near Bolton, 7%, 54% LTV, 7 months, 1st charge, min 1k.
This one repaid after 2 months, min 3 months interest paid. Shame.

Any new first charge loans coming up in the near future? After a few loans have repaid over the last couple of months I have cash sitting in my account doing nothing and with the new ISA year coming up I would be reluctant to add any more with a shortage of loans to invest in. Also what happened to the future partnership between LLI and another P2P lender that was reported to be happening some time ago?

If you scroll back to Page 16 you'll see that Filip of LLI has deleted his account here so you're unlikely to get an answer to both questions.

LLI's recent partnership with Octopus Real Estate may have originated from there. Maybe.

A good rate for the LTV. I found the accounts in the valuation report to be utterly unconvincing (as did the report writer), but there would have to be a major error in the valuation to lose more than 62%. Regardless, I was sufficiently impressed to take a slice of the junior loan at 10.2% for an LTV of 54.8%.

Popular area with outdoor visitors and tourists and drier than the west coast!

Yes, quite. But the trouble was that the accounts didn't reflect that. Instead, they showed ridiculously strong profits that were not justifiable.

I hope they fund the remaining amount in a single tranche and release it in stages based on monitoring reports. Or it's going to be the same 23 investors for every tranche. I'm not wasting my time fighting over 23k (even though I know I would win ! )
