I've got my rolling and dumped it back in at 5% just in case they clear the decks later this evening. Might go even higher, but they may defer until some of the five year comes through and limit it so I've had a guess.

It’s 21:00 and none of my (many) 5 year repayments have been repaid today. Slovenly business. Beginning to cause concern that standards are dropping very rapidly.

It's not so much that there are problems, for me it's the lack of information / apology.
Like being stuck at an airport not knowing when it will be resolved.

I see the Monday run is now in for the 5 year but todays repayments are still pending albeit they too seem to have started to come in. Hopefully I will get some kind of explanation and apology from RS in reply to my email. I would just like to know what went wrong given it has happen twice now in 2 weeks.

I see finally todays run (5 yr) has started. I have to say if this is how the IT systems are coping mid month, it is going to be interesting to see how they cope when RS gets the ISA influx of money.

Thank you for your email. Firstly I would like to apologise for the issues you experienced over the weekend. We had a platform wide issue with our processor which resulted in a number of transactions being delay including the sellouts. We have now rectified all the issues across the platform however there was a delay in everything being fully processed due to the back log. This has now been completed and the platform is currently up to date and running normally. This was a different issue the one experiences two weeks ago where the first working day of the month fell on a Monday. The first working day of the month is the busiest time for our system as we have the most processes. As no repayments are made over the weekend, this causes three days of transactions to occur on one day, with a higher than normal number of transactions. In these cases processes which normally occur early in the morning will happen throughout the day, causing delays. We are currently exploring options to invest in our infrastructure to make steps to stop this from happening again. I can completely understand your frustration at the lack of information provided to our lenders. This is something which has been raised already by a number of lenders, and I am happy to raise this on your behalf, too. We are exploring options of providing information to our lenders when these situations occur to try and keep everyone informed and up to date. We are always looking to improve the service we provide and any feedback or suggestions are very welcome. I hope this has been helpful, but please do let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

We should see 5 Year repayments in the few hours I would think. Yes the 5 year is coming in currently. Hopefully it should be all in within the next hour or so. Not that long ago it used to be all done and dusted (at this time of the month) before 9am v 2pm. But I guess that is progress.
