Odd that the loan end-date has switched to 13-April-2019, without any comment.

This was an 18 month term from Oct 2017. So the end date of april 2019 seems correct (If I can still count that is)

I don't quite understand how if, as the update of 02/11/2018 stated, "The Bank .........attended the site for final sign off earlier this week which went positive", according to today's update the Bank now has "a few final items of due diligence to complete and are also awaiting the last of the searches to come in.
How can you sign something off if you don't have all the information you require?

MoneyThing, when this loan is finally refinanced & the capital & accrued interest paid, will the borrower have to pay a penalty rate of interest on the overdue repayments - to reflect that no interest payments have been made since April, please?

Thanks for the update Ed. I'm nervous about this loan and will be glad to see it repaid. Grateful for the added interest but I'd trade it for speedy repayment.
