Hopefully they've at least emptied the skip now.
They're gonna need it for all the bullsh*t they're about to shovel our way.

I'm very interested to know the feeling of how embarassing it is to try composing the next update.

in the last update, it says there are so many signed contracts. And also it says they need to decorate their shopfronts by themselves.
If this is the case, now there should be hundreds of vans, loaded with all the essentail materials, parking in front of the gate. .

I read the update on 18/02 as stating a 7 criteria which the borrower needs to abide by to prevent enforcement action from being taken. I see no reason to doubt that the necessary will not be done if any of the 7 criteria are not met.

in the highly unlikely event of our affluent borrower not meeting the 'criteria' - there was no more than to "consider enforcement options"
should be done for the xmas rush

Update on the site today.
I know it is just a holding update with no real info but it is welcome nonetheless. I do think on this one MT needs to be posting some kind of update every week.
Hopefully the next update will come on Monday or Tuesday next week post the Moorfield's visit and prior to Thursday's opening.

Thursday opening would be magic if it does happen.... an update by Wednesday with some solid information on the amended (realistic!) opening following Moorfield's visit would be much welcomed.

I fully understand MT would like the borrower to finish the project and make the repayment. All of us would be happy with this good ending.
However, I personally think this borrower is not derserved our patience as it is obviously he is taking advantage of our attitude.
He agreed to pay the extra interest rate, making promises and agree all the 7 conditions, only because he believes MT would NOT take any serious actions towards him and he does not need to honor his promises.
However, we can not wait for him to finish his magic project forever. We have not paid for almost a year. If he is the tenant, he had already been kicked out long time ago.
Now it is really MT's choice. Let him feel the risk of losing the whole project, or getting the things on track ASAP.
If MT keeps soft tone like before, there would be another year's waiting ahead, and it would damage our confidence on MT at a great extent.

All systems go,the invisible cloak is in place Invisibility on their Facebook page and website too. Maybe that's the theme. Big week; they'll be open in less than 4 days. Who'll be the first to spot it?
