For #549, I've been allocated £1.58 in MLIA, £1.58 in GBBA and £0.90 in QAA. same for me in MLIA - £1.58 - uniform allocation I guess. Have withdrawn from GBBA. More in QAA (£1.99) but the algorithm there should give in proportion to amount one has in the QAA as I understand it. I have £8963 there.

£1.58? Farcical really. Don't know why AC even bother to ask us to set buying instructions for these loans. Maybe they could tell us beforehand to transfer <£5 because the allocation will in all likelihood be lower. I won't contact customer services with the suggestion. AC should be able to work all this out for themselves.

Anything under £50k unlikely to get more than £25 allocation, £100k around £50. If the rate is lower you can probably double that most times but typically not much more unless the loan is not so attractive. Worth keeping a small buy order on these smaller more desirable loans though as I do seem to pick up a reasonable number of buys in the weeks and months after drawdown. It goes some way to alleviating the initial disappointments.

Response fron AC CS today:
The loans you have highlighted have now all had loan units listed for sale. The process for releasing loan units into the MLIA and other investment accounts is manual, it appears a step was missed here. I’d like to apologise for the delay. I hope this email has answered your enquiry but if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Why not move over to Unbolted and invest with the big boys?

£1.58 in the MLIA and £1.34 in the 30DAA for me. I'm happy with that; I'd rather get a small but fair allocation of a popular loan than have to fight a fastest finger battle (like other platforms), or lose out entirely to a privileged few (the "Gold Club" of old).

Oh to be happy with such simple things! I wouldn't even press the button on my computer for 5p - the amount you will earn after three months of waiting, assuming the loan does not have problems.

Many a mickle makes a muckle. That would be fair comment if there were enough loans to make up to a muckle (whatever a muckle is, of course), but as it is ....

For #549, I've been allocated £1.58 in MLIA, £1.58 in GBBA and £0.90 in QAA. Ive been allocated over £4.00 in 30DAA as well as the £1.58 Its a crazy loop, because theres a big balance ( and growing ) of £57m in 30DAA, a slice of every loan, even if its oversubscribed in MLIA, goes to the 30 day account. So my balance that i havent invested in MLIA just gets bigger- so i put extra in the 30 day account.... So if we all took our 30 day monies away,or left them as uninvested funds in AC, the loans would become available on the MLIA market and our buy orders would be satisfied. Needs a bit of coordination though !

As a basically MLIA investor I rarely (never) put money in the 30DAA as I see it as self defeating. That said I can see the attractions of the account for a "non-active" investor versus other platforms. Nothing changes my gradual and irreversible reduction in the funds I have at AC unless there is a change in their strategy which is highly unlikely. I hope my small shareholding makes money!

I hope my small shareholding makes money! If I'm understanding the new Seedrs funding round correctly, it looks like the shares issued in the first round are now worth 200+% of what they cost two and a half years ago.
