Interesting feature of pre-bid upgrade emerges which I wasn't aware of. I had a pre-bid in place for £100, and a free balance of £27.38. Pre-bid upgrade process has bid £27.38; I had assumed that it would wait until I had £100 in place. On the bidding screen(s), there are no pence shown, so my bid shows as £27 only. chris: Was this feature of the pre-bid process intended? Can you flag the issue with the bidding screens to your front-end team - or is it fixed in the new system? Pre-bids have always placed as large a bid as they can, so that is working as expected. The expectation is that pre-bids signal an intent to lend and that you would want to lend as much as you can, up to the limit, at the point the loan goes live. The rounding to nearest pounds is fixed in the new system. Thanks, chris, not unreasonable, just surprised.

Auction now closed - all filled up. Soft deadline for drawdown is 22/8 - harder deadline 29/8.

I noticed that my AI box on this looks different, for some reason it's not showing my total investment (just shows 0.00), just below the AI box I can see all my bids listed correctly tho'. Perhaps an effect of a loan going thru' the mill thrice times?
Also I notice in the Lender bids that a chap has bid several times the same rather large amount. It struck me that it might be a typo error. Anyone know if AC is forgiving in these circumstabes?

Perhaps an effect of a loan going thru' the mill thrice times? Odd. You may want to have that checked: My AI box looks fine - despite me having an unusual mixture of unsettled and settled shadow bids.

Could I just bring your attention to this chris? When the auction for Aber.. ended I noticed that my AI box looked different, for some reason it's not showing my total investment (just shows 0.00), just below the AI box I can see all my bids listed correctly tho'. Perhaps an effect of a loan going thru' the mill thrice times? But today I noticed... The above piccy seems to show that some bids have gone missing as it says 91% and not 100% full as it should. I hope everything's okay with this auction. Also I noticed when this auction closed, in the Lender bids, that a chap has bid several times the same rather large amount. It struck me that it might be a typo error. Anyone know if AC is forgiving in these circumstances?

Wow this is about to become a loan unit, it must've taken about a year in all if you assume it took a little time for AC to do DD before the proposal appeared on the site.
I was wondering what the procedure is, The money leaves my account and goes electonically to the IVA supervisor's a/c (or his legal dept). It's then used to pay off the borrowers bank, they then hand over the deeds of the property to our legal team, AC then do all the registering of charges. At what point are the loan units created and appear in my loan book? It must all happen on the same day.
Congrats to the Borrowers and thanks for sticking with it, I'm sure you won't forget to make the repayments on time.
I didn't know how to spell Aberystwyth before this loan.

I suppose we shouldn't expect to see too much of this loan on the Aftermarket since there was no underwriter involvement by the time the auction closed.

Well done AC on getting this one out.
Indeed, at 14% and with zero or little underwriting, I would not expect to pick up much on the AM.

Loan #79 Trading Suspended. Borrower now has cashflow problems. Wants a reduced payment regime until autumn 2015. Not much trade expected for the summer season then! Cannot currently afford the interest payments. Come September, principal will need to be included in the payments too.

C One in, one out on the old distressed loans list then! Edit: Like Eyeglasses, again only shortly after Covenant tracker recorded a pass. Embarassing?

Sincerely hope there wasn't some insider trading going on here - some higher than normal lumps of it were sold into my account last night. Probably just coincidence - a lender who was spooked by a 2-days late payment.
