Just wondering, there are default loans shown, pipeline etc, cant find a tab for suspended loans and therefore any updated info on these
Does it Exist?
Ie DFL 1/2, Castle , DFL17, I unfortunately have a bit in these and they have gone, are lendy hiding this information or am I being stupid.

IMO they should be in the Default section and not be in the live loan section. No, they aren't listed anywhere else. Loans are either good or bad and these are apparently good.

Nope You just have to avoid them - which is a given as you can't invest in them in the first place I guess I'll update my DB in the coming days to highlight the suspended loans way its going, just a big star against them all....

My last bits in DFL17 were still working their way (slowly) through the queue - can't make my mind up whether to cancel the sale or just leave it. Don't imagine interest is likely to come into the equation now.......

If you're going for visual cues, how about: for a suspended loan Ouch I can feel the noose tightening everyday that goes past. Awaiting tomorrows update .. holding my breath in anticipation that the borrower has found the money tree just like Mrs May has..

Looks like PBL084 and its younger more adventurous sibling PBL166 are also suspended. I stayed in 084 comforted by the fact that 166 was a second charge but not so sure that was a wise move now. If you know anyone who is in the market for a property with a very large garden please contact Lendy.

Have to admit I cancelled my for sale parts in DFL017 even though until suspension they were making progress through the sales queue.
DFL017 is still listed in Live Loans tab but not default or available tabs....rather these be in default than no man land!

DFL17 seems an unusual case in that it had 190 days+ still on the original term and therefore I am asking myself whether interest will still be payable on the basis that the interest for the full term was deducted from the loan upfront and will be held by Lendy?
Interesting that this is another sub 12% loan (ie lower risk according to LY) that has gone bad.

Please let me know if I have missed any D1, D2, D16, D17, 189, 155, 84 &166 all now suspended from SM sales total 27M add this to the 23M in default as I think LY should, that is not making things look so rosey right now.

I sincerely hope that it works out for all those still invested in Lendy.
Currently it doesn't look good. A decent reduction in the default list would help somewhat. And the recent repayments have been capital only (good in the sense of no capital loss), but not interest accrued or bonus (bad).
It is a little misleading that the SM total keeps reducing when a lot of the reduction is due simply to suspending loans. Many investors with Lendy derive their confidence from the SM liquidity and this 'engineered' reduction may lead to a false sense of security that the SM is, once again, going to give investors the quick 'out' that historically meant that Lendy could be used as an instant access savings account.
The biggest problem in my opinion is the DFLs and that we have not seen a single DFL come to fruition. There are certainly a few DFLs that look perfectly solid and well run but I will not reinvest in Lendy until I see several successful DFL completions. That could take a while.
And the valuations... sorry another time.

Whats this FCA thing? Is it mandatory? I have 4 loans suspended and other in default.
I only picked low LTV ones and described as safe but it seems not!!!
How much money will I loose? I invested too much in lendy its years and years of savings lost
