I am worried that word is getting out that there are platforms prepared to lend other peoples' money without doing a fraction of the checks that traditional lenders would do. I expect to see more loans which would be greeted with derision by High Street Banks. A QS friend of mine says that the AC reports are badly lacking in detail and responsibility, and they are IMO the best of any platform that I have used. We are given so little information and no means of checking the little that is given and no individual lender, even a BH, could justify the cost of employing his own QS, and the platforms don't bother. I think that Assetz do a pretty good job, but Invest & Fund issue the best reports that I have seen in P2P. Out of all I'm involved with, AC is the best at loan info. There is a wealth of information in comparison with others. I was looking at Invest & Fund recently, not many reviews. They claim their DD to be rigorous, but so does Ly... Good to hear that what they say is true.
