The first thing I found when I had a quick look was the online listing from earlier this year for 130k.
Not looked any further as wont be investing, more of a curious look.

That was a guide price wasn't it ? It looks a little bit like this and 112 were sold as a 'job lot' for £250,000, or £125000 each which given 'natural expansion' due to a Collateral listing makes £150000 about right. Or £25000 to much depending on your viewpoint. Fairly academic as it is as good as filled.

All gone now and no surprise. This will probably end up being my *Loan of the Week*.
Value nicely above the loan amount. 6 months' interest retained upfront. A small loan. And that magic 12% rate - which usually puts an investor in that sweet spot between risk and reward.

I received 3 emails, and thought there were 3 new loans, but by the time I'd actually got round to reading them the single 'loan' had filled!

Is it normal not to have a bid limit?

I was out for the afternoon and by the time I got home this loan had already filled. Why don't Col give any notice before availability, as MT and some others do?

The land registry title is common for the end two terraced units. The next to the end unit contains the apartments, with the end unit being a derelict shell, with a flock of pigeons flying in and out of the first and second floor windows on the end elevation. Next door but two is a tatto parlour, with empty retail units opoosite. Bizarrely this is just one block in from the main seafont road, and is 1 minutes walk to a Yates bar on the front, and three minutes walk to Blackpool South station in the other direction. (Not untypical for Blackpool, the veneer of semi-respectability is surprisingly thin)

What were the Yates’ prices up there? No idea, I was staying in the more civilised Lytham St Annes, and caught the train into Blackpool for a day - main purpose was to have a look at the Blackpool High Tide Organ (an inferior version of the one in Zadar, Croatia which I've spent many a happy hour sitting on.)

High probability this one has been refinanced, and redeemed in full - new charge in favour of a non p2p finance provider registered at CH mid September against the borrowing company.
