What happened to this loan? I see an update was promised within 48hrs in response to a question on July 11th, but I haven't seen anything since. I'm not sure if I missed something.

Seriously guys? (AC guys that is) After my malhumoured rant about Aber******'s missing update last night, I decided to butt out of this one this morning, thinking it better to give AC the benefit of the day to come up with a little note of apology for being a week late on the Q&A update. But I get in this afternoon and find..............................oh, nothing at all. I KNOW you are all fiendishly busy (sorting out where my FF money is to name but one thing ) but my guess is you already knew you were busy when you wrote: On 11th Jul 2014 at 10:50 Assetz Capital answered: "A formal update on the status of the loan will be provided to all lenders over the next 48 hours." Please get a grip - I'm trying desperately hard to be impressed by AC. The will is genuinely there, but you sure are making it hard for me. I WOULD prefer that most of your effort goes into the business side of things rather than the comms, but if you have only enough man-power that it has to be either/or then stop promising us things you can't provide. Or stop trying to grow faster than you have the man-power to cope with.

OK, David has been out of the office for a couple of days for non-business reasons. This has slowed the responses down. Please be patient.

OK, David has been out of the office for a couple of days for non-business reasons. This has slowed the responses down. Please be patient. Andrew ( andrewholgate ) - sorry, but that's not the point. If the responses can't be given when they were promised it takes a matter of seconds to drop a short note into the Q&A to apologise for the delay and explain it hasn't been forgotten. (At least I hope it does). We all understand that there are reasons why responses might get delayed, but it isn't good enough to just ignore the fact you said you were going to do something. Believe it or not, I'm a very patient person, but in return I expect some courtesy in that regard, and I don't feel you are on top of that at the moment. As it happens I don't care two hoots about this particular response - I have no involvement with the loan, and I probably never will. But smee clearly does, and probably a whole heap of others. I've made my point now - enough, already.
