I've been experiencing trouble with log in to Mintos for several days now. Getting a time out from Cloudfare and having to try logging several times till success, same from home and mobile connection.
Is anybody else suffering the same issue?

Yes, I can't even access the homepage. As I read in a fb group this situation started yesterday evening. I got my summary as usual in the morning though.

I'm now getting a cloudflare warning that they are checking my browser when I go to the site. Something would seem to have changed. Perhaps martins can advise?

Please martins get that cloudflare sh*t out of mintos. How good is for an always online tool for pages that can't be stored in cloudflare. It only causes login troubles.

Hi all
Quite serious login problems still there for me. I just sent a mail to Mintos support and referred to this board page too ;-)
I am having login issues daily and am getting time outs from Cloudflare, and also occasional messages that "you are rate limited" just after few retries when getting no response from the site.
This is really quite bad service from a site that is hosting my money!! I hope they are able to fix this the soonest to restore credibility.
Besides these (possibly just IT related) issues I have been very happy with Mintos. Auto-invest is working fine and defaults have been very low so far, except some from Eurocent...

I sent a message to their support and got a reply on Nov 29th: ”Thank you for your feedback! We understand your concerns and we are currently working on a fix”
... and no updates after that....
Seems that they are not taking this seriously enough, my view is that any issues on logins, site access and security should be fixed very quickly. DDos protection is of course important, but it should be implemented properly, I get a feeling that this current implementation with Cloudflare may have been adding some access problems and sometimes preventing legitimate user access.
However, after getting access to the site, it usually works fast, maybe because other users are blocked and there is plenty of capacity available :-)
