not to me: big building but only one "apartment" is planned so a high maintenance and insurance cost (and utility bill if they cannot insulate it good enough). Who is supposed to buy this?

agreed - unless the chap who buys it is a competent builder who can do all the work himself there is no way IMHO this will be done for £60K

At least the Valuation with PP seemed to me to be reasonably in the same ballpark as reality. For a change.
I know nothing about property development but it did strike me as strange that they're only going for two bedrooms and only developing the ground floor. I would have thought three or more bedrooms would provide greater profit & saleability as indeed would adding in a first floor. Perhaps there's some kind of restrictions?

The only issue is that the graveyard to the south of the property has been retained by the church and will be utilised as an ongoing burial site. (VR)
