If you haven't checked out the rightmove listing you REALLY should, it's very very funny. Even disregarding the issues with multiple floor levels it's the worst kitchen design I have ever seen and just has 2 stud wall rooms built in the middle for no reason.... truly terrible, what could they have been thinking??? Edit: Also hilariously I only just noticed picture 13 is the same as picture 12 but they've photoshopped it to be a nicer day hhahahahahaha Verily..The Lord does move in mysterious ways..frankly as long as it sells I couldn't give a stuff

If who ever buys it has any sense they'll rip it all out and start anew...

This is one of the few FS loans I think has a good chance of coming good - granted it will need a quick sale and reducing in price to reflect the cost of ripping out the "work" and starting from scratch - should have been defaulted last November...

Sold prior just in on the auction 160K STC on estate agent "Sold prior" - let's just hope the 'potential buyers' have been properly vetted to warrant it not progressing to auction!

160K..its a snip really for such a fine old building..in its current layout though I dread to think what the heating bill will be..still it'll be a monkey off my back...if the buyer actually coughs up.

No email notification as yet :-
The borrower has agreed a new sale and we are awaiting confirmation for a date of completion.
With all these monkeys and I should have started a zoo

at least a relatively good result as we expected - be interested to see what this went for. I ask because I think any profit is returned to the borrower. I wonder why the administrator did not charge all his expenses to the borrower and return 12% to the lenders? I realise they are working to a model but it seems very unfair to me that the lenders here are penalised as it were. Hopefully we will soon get a detailed explanation

Well I suppose I ought to say im delighted..full capital £500 + £81.31 int.[was £87.45 as at 24/10/19]..and in IFISA too..but my elation is tempered by what is yet to unfold..still, might as well enjoy the moment.. I see someone has worked it out at 9.5% int..in the circumstance I'd love to know if there was an easy way to work that out but I think I'll just be grateful and leave it at that.
