I thought I'd take a look at this and add a picture so that fundingsecure are well aware that the development is being watched, and any untruthful updates in the months to come will be verified and reported here. Let us all work to eliminate FS's vulnerability to WPS. (We all have phone cameras, so it should not be too hard for us to cover most of the country between us). Oh.... Whitehaven Prevarication Syndrome.

Renewing shortly and reportedly complete. It's currently being marketed at £350k which seems perhaps a tad optimistic but it hasn't been on the market that long. Looks pretty safe with only £53k lent against it though.

I'm a bit shelled shocked from all the recent news over on Collateral and have had to resist the temptation to head for the p2p door.
But in the middle of all this I see that Wolverhampton has repaid in full.
Sadly this is the FS Wolves loan not the Ly one but it's good to see that some projects can go like clockwork.
I like to think that I'm generally in the better loans at FS and as long as they don't pull any Collateral type stunts then things should continue to be positive.
Got a long way to go to make up for the likely Collateral losses if they proceed with a one pot for all approach with the administrators taking first dibs but at least I think I know what I'm doing going forward and should get a better return than from the bank (assuming no more platform failures please please)
