fundingsecureI've just noticed that suddenly more than half of my loans have now become "not available for resale" for no apparent reason and the number of entries on the SM is rapidly shrinking. Is this a remaining gremlin connected to today's earlier outage?

Is this a remaining gremlin connected to today's earlier outage? Appears to be an ongoing problem following the earlier outage. Sort the SM by days remaining and you'll see no loans from 92 to 147 days.

This is old news now, and has been fixed, but in case anyone missed it -- and cares...
At some point Thursday morning, before 1100 -- I can't be sure of the timing because I didn't make notes -- all of the Coming Soon loans disappeared from view except for the ones that had an planned opening time set. That might have been related to the problem that caused some loans to become ineligible for the SM, as reported above.

I'm getting connection issues all the time on the website since the issues this week; it always errors out on the following URL: www.fundingsecure.com/myaccount/index.phpBut that URL seems to be the issue no matter what link I'm clicking - Available Investments, My Investments, All Active and Past loans etc. This is happening in Chrome, error message I get is: This page isn’t working www.fundingsecure.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I have tried clearing Cache / Cookies Anyone else seeing this?

I have the login page bookmarked and I just manually go there when it happens. Easy enough workaround, if a little annoying.

It's quite annoying. I did email FS earlier, but no response yet.

It isn't just limited to login timing out, I can have logged in 10 seconds ago and it will error out on the 3rd page I try. Although it definitely does it when the login has timed out also. Least I know it is not just limited to me and is a wider issue which hopefully FS are addressing. Any progress? fundingsecure

We have only had two reports of issues - one relating to Chrome and one to Firefox. If it was widespread we would have expected a lot more reports. Interestingly the Firefox user later confirmed it had only started today - after an update of Firefox - and that they apparently had no problem using Chrome. Will investigate further to try and resolve the annoyance FundingSecure

I'm currently running Firefox ESR 52.4.0 under CentOS 6. The update log says that firefox 52.4.0 was installed on 30th September so it doesn't look like that was the trigger.

Too many redirects is definitely an issue since website outage. I’m using safari and cookies is not the issue.

I also have a problem. I'm using Firefox, and ISTM that the error started occurring when FF updated to v.57.0, but I can't be absolutely sure because that was also about the time of the FS website outage. The error occurs when I try to refresh a tab that I have open, and it's been long enough since I last used the FS website that my login had expired. What used to happen in that situation was I was redirected to the signin screen, and after signing in I was taken to the page I was trying to refresh. What happens now is that Firefox reports...
Once that happens, in order to proceed I have to go to the Firefox address bar and ask for the FS homepage or signin page. Once I get there I can sign in, and then I have to navigate to the page I was trying to refresh -- presuming I can remember which page that was! (The error message handling and new signin seem to overwrite the last entry in my recent pages list, so I can't use the back button to return to that page.)
