In the Absence of any communication from Ab*****ce, can we assume we are going to get a payment tomorrow? Can't answer q on payment but below is the response I got from Abundance on querying the issue. M***** V***** CHP has informed us that the notice on Companies House is in relation to its overdue accounts submission, which is due to the company assessing its options at the moment as it prepares its next update for investors. The company has written to Companies House to explain the current situation and request that the notice is 'stayed' (put on hold), and expects the notice to be removed shortly. M***** V***** CHP is currently in the process of preparing an update for investors with more details on the current situation for the business and investors, and the different options it is exploring on how to proceed. Best regards, Tom

We understand that the company is struggling. The question is what is Ab****ce doing about it. It has had some years to prepare a response.

My guess is, that it'll be a rehash of the b___s__t we have been fed before. But, who knows?? Maybe miracles do happen!! They might just come up with a new line of Fob off!!

10p in the £ would still saddle the business with a debt of £0.5 mn, but it might, just-about become a going concern.

The UK government is currently throwing money at coal-fired electricity generators and energy prices have shot up. I appreciate that the scale of the enterprise at M****w V****y C*P is not very great and that may constitute a barrier, but it is surprising given the mega-bucks involved that a few of them can't drift in the direction of S****c Business Park.

It looks to me as if sister company B*****s P******s , with the same directors, has been wound up, but the published figures show positive net assets i.e. the assets exceed the liabilities implying that those loans, which are also A*****ce loans, can be paid in full. If my suspicions are correct is is high time that A*****ce furnished us with some meaningful information.

Regarding the latest proposals to convert debentures into shares, it appears that the goons running this project have not been running the generators during the period of historically high electricity prices. This "We've switched it off: give us more money" approach has been going on too long. The only thing these people have burned is money. £4.55 million into £150 000's worth of shares. They never managed to pay a single dividend against that investment. Did we really see an account of where that money went?

By the time it is up and running again the wind will be blowing, the French inter-connector will have been fixed and the price of gas will have gone back down

I voted in favour, its not as if there was a real alternative. My estimate of 10p in the £1 looks to have been vindicated.

I have no faith in these people and I am minded to reject the proposal, this is an ex-parrot.

I've voted in favour, I don't think we would see anything if it goes to administration. Perhaps S****d Energy may make a difference now they have skin in the game. I don't think we've heard the last of this however, also could M/V CHP and S****d Energy wind up the business without needing a vote from the debenture investors.

There is no point, the assets are worthless. The only value in the equipment is to use it as going concern. They intend to try and run the business along existing lines. Shutting it down and re-opening would invite litigation. After the vote has succeeded there will be no debentures.

I voted in favour but with gritted teeth. I don't believe in their plan and if we see 8p/pound, I'll be surprised.

Voted in favour. Not happy but, what real choice was there??? Hope is better than No Hope. I've lost enough sleep over this project as it is. I feel really sorry for the people who have invested some of their life savings into this project. People who are getting on in years. Remember!! This project started out as a one year deal. Then to go and restructure the whole thing to drip feed us interest and capital over many years only to be told that they couldn't do this either. Really!!! We were robbed in broad daylight! At the end of the day, I invested in trying to make a difference in these strange times. That is.... I wanted to help preserve our planet for our children and their children. This is what I wanted to invest in. I believed in and trusted A-------e and I really felt like I was doing a Good thing and that I was going to earn some interest on my loan. Little did I know that it would be run by the equivalent of the Keystone Cops of the Business World!!! Maybe it's better to scan the Stock Markets and invest in companies with good ethical backgrounds and who are making environmental differences. That's certainly the route I have been going anyway!! I'd consider any sort of return from this lot a miracle now....
