This one looks like yet another pontential FS disaster to me - planning given for a concrete base in 2013 and I can see no evidence of this being done? Anybody vistied the site as we would all love to know what the current situation is...due to have completed on the 19th.

21st May : "The borrower has been in contact and advised that he intends to renew this loan" 4th July.................. fundingsecure ? Also, are you aware of the additional charge under the same SPV which now seems to be in place against the same land? |

Another prime example of how well fundingsecure manage their loan book.... The number of loans without regular updates is reaching frankly staggering proportions. I am pleased that new loans on FS are now taking a very long time to fill - perhaps it will make them sit up and take notice. |

Just noticed that it's over 4 months since this loan was due to finish, and not a single comment from FS. Surprised no-one's enquired, or have they direct to FS?

These days, whenever I ask for updates on loans that have gone without for 3+ months, I just get a standard mantra about "we are working through the loan book". I was willing until recently to give the new management some time to clean stable, but I'm beginning to think they have now privately classified some loans as hopeless, and are concentrating all efforts of recovering the more tractable cases.
I'm not in this particular loan, so haven't tried asking FS. But my recent attempts to get an update on Rishton (nothing since beginning of Jan) have been politely stonewalled.

FS are apparantly working to try and contact the borrower
A useful shortcut might be to simply google 'borrower name'+propifi
first result.

yet another borrower with Chuka syndrome - I have looked at the FS DD posts etc and here we go again, serial chancer with numerous companies and charges, a compulsory strike off and no evidence of substantial funds. But worse this valuation strikes me as one of the most ridiculous FS ones and that is no mean achievement - unless I am missing something £360K for part of a flood defence system- I am not sure if cows can be grazed here let alone 4 park homes!
No update for nearly 2 months ...Market valuation of £800K - can a local person comment but are they having a laugh?
I wonder if this one will also end in tears - answers on a digital postcard
