New photos are attached to tranch 6. Steel framework now added, but does this equate to a current estimate of value is £1,830,000?

That's why you're earning 13%. Will it get built on time and on budget? What is the final value? How is the FS loan to be paid? Is that likely? Etc, are the questions I would be asking. I was in this early on, but got the jitters on student accommodation and development loans, so took my interest and declined my renewal. Not saying this is a bad project, but I am worried about a recession and this one could be affected. Basically too risky for me and I don't understand the value, which I can on something like the Scarborough loan or Keats loan, for example. If I stay in cash for now, so be it.

A hundred years ago that would have fed a whole family for several days, and still have left enough for a night in the tavern. I can see why somebody would sell at a modest discount if they had received more in cashback, but why no accumulated interest?

I may be wrong but I got the impression that this was a block of underwriters funds added to the loan yesterday to fill the loan, which got dropped onto the SM as soon as the loan was activated (on the same day so no accrued interest). With FS wishing to get the next loan for this borrower onto the PM yesterday (at 7pm), FS felt they needed to get that loan activated.

That's what I thought, but this was activated on 8/3/18 so that can't be right. I'm puzzled.

CH website appears to say that the dev company has applied to CH to be struck off on 1st March 2018 - does this make sense to those in the know?

Not quite sure what you've been looking at, or what you 'appear' to have seen on the CH website but Ive just looked and can find nothing to substantiate your comment
