Are the investments through peerberry direct against the loan or are these just to the loan originator matched against the loan in the balance sheet?

Are the investments through peerberry direct against the loan or are these just to the loan originator matched against the loan in the balance sheet? The investment goes directly into a specific loan. Inside the platform you can read more details about the loan and who the borrower is ...

My first impression of Peerberry 1. "Finished Investment" does not show "real" final repayment dates nor showing record of late loans, transactions show different dates. peerberry.com/en/my-investments2. I only started very small and very recently. No loans completed early like Mintos, 2 of my completed loans repaid < 7 days late. 3. Lots of LOs, but mostly from the same groups. 4. No secondary market. 5. Not much statistics on the platform. So far 2 late loans, 10 current and 2 repaid late.

I just checked my account on Peerberry - it only sends through monthly statements unlike the Mintos daily update. And I discovered just over half my holding sitting uninvested. On examination, they have knocked the rates on offer down to 10.5% where my auto invest was set at 11%.
It would have been nice, Peerberry, if you announce changes rather than sneaking them in by the back door.

Just had a browse on Peerberry market. Latest rates range: 10.5-12.7%. I don't see a major difference from the current offerings on Mintos I say. I am impressed with the performance of Peerberry loans, small amount of late loans (1/12).
I did revise my autoinvest strategy earlier this month but no catch. So, I created some new ones this morning, let's see if AutoInvest catches anything for my small account.

The figures below have been sourced directly from Peerberry from the admin of one of the Spanish forums. Therefore I cannot guarantee that they are correct (I would have preferred the actual annual reports, even better if audited)

I shall also post the GoFingo group figures in the future (the figures are in general worse).
I have a small investment of around 7k eur in Peerberry, I cannot complain about the loans servicing (even though the low number of late loans always worries me). However there are two major technical drawbacks: 1) The autoinvest is as bad as the Mintos one (only triggers once or twice a day) and you risk loosing limited issuances of loans from particular LOs 2) The manual investing is a pain in the ... have to click one by one and then you loose the loans filter each time you select a loan to invest, really needs a huge improvement

I've been getting regular multi-day cash-drags on Peerberry and have henceforth started withdrawing.

I've been getting regular multi-day cash-drags on Peerberry and have henceforth started withdrawing. Looked at my Peerberry account today, and yet again, 20% of it is uninvested. Looking at available loans, there are hundreds there that fall within the parameters of my auto invest settings. Plus there is clearly corrupt data in my auto invest totals, i.e. it shows investment totals in countries where I have no current investment, these being former auto invest portfolios long abandoned.

Peerberry autoinvest does not work, it is extremely buggy (reflects very badly on their IT). The manual investing is a massive pain as well (you have to open a new web page for each loan that you want to invest in!!!). It is a platform to invest a few ks just to diversify.

Account summary is buggy. The Interest income for "this month" is not up to date.
The amount of interest received between any time period can be calculated from a download of selected transactions.

Started using Peerberry recently... The auto invest is a complete joke.. executes once a day and seems to be capped at 10 investments per run, so if you set 10 EUR limit, it will invest 100 EUR and stop there. Manually investing all money (which takes forever as someone has mentioned) was the only way to invest larger amount faster. Repayments (totalling under 100 EUR) do seem to get auto re-invested the same day, so hopefully this will not need too much maintenance in the future.

All my initial funds auto invested in one hit (not sure exactly what time of day it ran) in 30 X 20euro loans. Not sure if this will continue or not but good start. Unfortunately all in Ukraine rather than a mixture so obv need to fine tune my auto invest settings.

I was frustrated that I had thousands uninvested, yet there were loans listed as available that matched my auto-invest criteria. Peerberry support explained that the system visited auto-invest requests in the order that they are set up, i.e. if you created yours a year ago, it would be at the tail end of the matching run. This didn't exactly answer my question but was interesting information.
Peerberry is a one company platform. Lendermarket is also a one company platform and has an effective auto-invest and no cash drag. Just saying.
