Experiencing technical problems here too, with the loan about to go live suddenly disappearing a few minutes before it commences and, with another loan, I was unable to bid after it went live, with me being presented with an error message and logged out of my account whenever I tried to make a bid. These same issues occured in different internet browsers. Hopefully these technical problems will be fixed.ple I had probs with the past few loans logging in and bidding.. Ended up buying a better deal on the PLE so not too annoyed but agreed the tech issues need to be fixed.

I've dropped you both personal messages to get more information about what you've been experiencing. You may need to refresh the page if you're in the loan screen when it moves from Pending to In Funding (at Midday), but we're not aware of any issues. Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of any difficulties you've had. Thanks, Richard

I have just opened a standard account in order to see what the site is like and what it has to offer. Do the standard and Isa accounts have separate logins? If I decide to invest I would want to do it in the ISA, but the problem is getting invested. If I was to first create a portfolio of loans in the standard account then fund the ISA would I be able to sell loans in my standard account and buy them myself in the ISA account? Thank you.

NO If I decide to invest I would want to do it in the ISA, but the problem is getting invested. IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO BUILD UP DIVERSITY, SO ADD/TRANSFER MONEY IN TRANCHES. IT WILL BE MOSTLY PRIMARY LOANS AS SECONDARY MARKET VERY LIQUID AT THE MOMENT SO HARD TO BUY If I was to first create a portfolio of loans in the standard account then fund the ISA would I be able to sell loans in my standard account and buy them myself in the ISA account? NO. BUT YOU COULD SET UP A STANDARD ACCOUNT IN PARTNER/FAMILY MEMBER NAME AND SELL TO YOUR ISA Thank you. See above

Do the standard and Isa accounts have separate logins? -No. On the dashboard there is an option "Switch Accounts" which can be used to switch from regular and ISA accounts. If I was to first create a portfolio of loans in the standard account then fund the ISA would I be able to sell loans in my standard account and buy them myself in the ISA account? -No. If you place a loan for sale in your standard account, it will NOT be visible from your ISA account. Remember that the ISA is flexible, so you can withdraw funds and will not lose the ISA wrapper providing they are returned before end of tax year. With regard to getting invested, new loans appear at a rate of 2-4 per month. The SM is the best place to pick up loans. There are regular spurts of activity and I would be surprised if you could not invest a £20000 ISA within a week or two.

As mentioned by IFISAcava above, you can use 2 different accounts and then sell/buy between them. Another option to consider if you do not want to commit funds immediately to your ISA is to fund your standard account. If something comes up of the SM you can switch the required funds to your ISA and the transfer is immediate. I used this method in my early days to avoid missing out on SM items particularly when they become available at the weekend.

Cost to buy and sell between accounts is 50 BPS so approx one month's interest for Tranche A loans.
