Is there any other way to know when a new loan is to come other than via the emails?
Mine seem to have stoppped again!

Is there any other way to know when a new loan is to come other than via the emails? Mine seem to have stoppped again! Check the "available loans" page regularly and see which loans have a "go-live" date. 2 loans are going live @ 11am tomorrow.

Anyone else stopped receiving the new loan emails again (hotmail)? Yep same with me too, also hotmail (and not in junk either)

Just to confirm - all emails show sent, less than 0.05% bounced, with the normal percentage of confirmed receipts.
We haven't had any other feedback - maybe a coincidence that two issues with hotmail - or could be a problem their end?

No 'New loan' emails since July. The 'Investment update' emails arrive.

I've had the opposite problem today -- ten new loan emails. (One was a correction, so only nine new loans.) I thought activity was expected to go quiet during the second half of December!  PS. And I've just seen that there are another six loans going live tomorrow that I didn't receive an email about! |

I've also received no emails after 11am today, I suspect there may be a problem with outlook as I get this message when I try to log in at the moment.

FundingSecure Well if mikes1531 last post is true, perhaps you could advise where my missing mails are...I had 2 yesterday..One for 3pm yesterday and another one for today @ 11am...that's it .. Edit 20.19 19/12 A glance at Investment 'opportunities coming soon' shows there are 12 loans due to go live tomorrow 20th at either 11 or 12am...and ive not received a single notification to date, though some are renewals.

If anyone is having problems receiving mail - please either email customerservices or PM with your FundingSecure username - otherwise we cannot take any action.
With many tens of thousands of emails sent in a day there will always be some that bounce or are delayed. The current bounce level is less than 0.05% - but that is still a significant number if it affects you.

Yep, looks like Hotmail is currently holding / blocking FS emails. I've had many hundreds over the years but nothing since the Diamond Ring loan announcement at 14:20 on Monday. It's clear from the "Investment opportunities coming soon" list that there must have been a flurry of new loan announcements sent out yesterday, but none arrived. PM now sent.
