Ties in with Receiver appointments and Director resignations from around mid-September on this and at least one other related Company (C.V. Ltd) . CG/FS kept it quiet on the loan updates

well good luck in getting repossession with that one! I presume the original contract applies which from memory would be a "protected rental lease" or whatever it was called - the good old days under old Labour wherer tenants basically had the property for life and could pass it onto their children?

The Valuation Report suggests that an AST agreement is in place.

Update received; still some significant way to go, it would seem: Without revealing any exact figures, The VR figure in Oct 2017 seems to be about 4 times higher than the current indications!

It would be useful to have the various sets of valuation for a side-by-side comparison; just to confirm that apples are being compared to apples inasmuch as: # the assumptions made are still in play (esp the AST assumption, comments in the update notwithstanding) # the actual footprints of the land being valued is identical in each instance (ie nothing has 'gone walkies') # what would constitute the development is consistent (ie dwelling densities) I can understand CV-19 casting a pall over any recent commercial valuation, but not to the tune of a 75% reduction.

Yes it would be helpful. The development per the VR includes 58 dwellings as well as commercial. The valuers claim to be in the "top 25". Land Registry property value for South Somerset are up 12% since the valuation.

Was actually interested in buying this but no idea it was ex-FS, thought most of them had been sold now.
