I see there are three loans under 'Pending'.
I haven't received any emails regarding these. Did anyone?
Last email received was 'Pipeline' on 02/12/17.

I got 2 mails yesterday afternoon. 1 about renewals on the boat and trailer. 1 about the car.

Mine were found, somewhat unusually for Money Thing emails, in my junk folder. I've checked my junk folder, and found a few e-mails that shouldn't have been marked as junk(!), but no MoneyThing e-mails were there.

I got the Pipeline email on Dec 2nd and have had a "Withdrawal Confirmed" email since then, but nothing concerning renewals. I regularly check the "spam" folder in gmail and no MoneyThing emails were there.

Apparently there was an email yesterday regarding Luton repayment. I didn't receive this one either.
Last four emails received were :-
23/11/17 Bollington 5th 24/11/17 Pipeline 30/11/17 CSP renewals 02/12/17 Pipeline
Edit : My email is forwarded to my domain. I've checked spam filtering and email routing reports and the missing MT emails never arrived.

Have you checked your Email provider? I have 2 Email addresses (personal and business) and for some reason the CSP renewals Email was 'juncked' by BT to my personal account but passed through on my business account. First time this has happened with MT Emails but I have had issues with other platforms.

Morning All,
Thank you to all those that have emailed following this thread to notify us that they are not receiving some/all of our emails.
We have recently moved to a new provider to handle our email campaigns. It seems that the new system is incorrectly flagging some of the users as 'Unengaged' (after a period of time where it believes the emails are being unopened as well as other scoring methods), and therefore omits these users on subsequent emails.
Whilst we investigate the issue, I would be most grateful if lenders on here who have previously received emails from us successfully (new loans, repayment notices, bank issues, etc. type emails rather than platform generated ones which confirm deposit/withdrawal requests), could email us to let us know which of the following recent emails were not received:
Dec 7th - Luton Repayment Dec 6th - Change of Bank Details Dec 6th - New Car Loan Live on Friday Dec 6th - Loans Renewing This Week Dec 2nd - Pipeline Nov 30th - CSP Loan Renewals
This would really help us to work with the new provider to resolve it.
