Is there any good news?
Hello, is there any good news at all? I am becoming more and more disappointed with Lendy.
Perhaps I am mistaken?
Can you provide any good news here please?

H********* q*** is looking lovely. I'd quite like to live right at the top of that. This is good, because I have a small fortune invested that makes a mockery of the word "diversification".

In all honesty, that one, DFL004, DFL022 and DFL003 are the only big DFL's I currently have any faith in. 003 and 022 are likely to get refinanced across to another platform (Like the other DFL in this group).
H*********m Q*** (I'm not getting trouble for not redacting!! ) is looking good and luckily is being developed by a company who appear to actually know what the hell they are doing and won't get caught out by a ransom strip!! I am more than happy to let my cut in this go to term (And beyond if necessary!)

You will get into trouble for quoting an un-redacted name though!

Yea, if this goes beyond term then I just see a nice little bonus.

Yes this is one of my larger investments too. I'm of the opinion that diversification is a bit of a red herring. Why carry your eggs in lots of baskets when some of them are flimsy and have holes in. Put your eggs in only the strong well made baskets.
Having said that I do think that Ly will need to work hard to keep filling the remaining tranches.
Perhaps some cashback is on the cards or they have other sources of funding that they can go to cap in hand if necessary.

I only have 6 properties on Lendy that I have funds in, and most of them are progressing well or are completing soon.
The only one that I have that I am a little worried about is PBL107 which I am holding as I think there is a good chance of the bonus paying on this one in the new year. However, I bought into when it was overdue so I can blame nobody but myself if this goes wrong. Saying that, London property tends to be fairly solid still.

Well yes, that's a good plan too, but you have to keep an eye on the borrowers, because it is rather easy to lend to the same people via different platforms, which doesn't really count as diversification. I also worry (but not a lot) about diversification among asset classes .. it's awfully easy to be in 20 different loans which all turn out to be property development, or (even worse) student accommodation development .. that doesn't count as very good diversification either, no matter how many platforms you did it over.
