I am invested in the Greater Manchester Bridging Loan and failed to receive the quarterly interest payment about five weeks ago. The loan listing is showing accrued interest from the previous due date but not the outstanding prior to that. It is also showing "Not Eligible" for sale.
I completed an on-line query form regarding this but did not get an answer. In fact the last two queries made this way have not been answered. Does any other Relendex investor get answers from the on-line form, or is it just me not getting them?
Does any other forum member, invested in this loan, have information regarding the missing payment? What is the status of this loan?
Perhaps someone from Relendex could answer this or my original query made on the 28th November (account ending 166)?

I haven't had much response to the form, but I have had prompt responses when sending a PM to the platform rep. However, the bug I was reporting in their website [which occurs with Chrome but not with IE] still persists...

What is the bug with Google Chrome? I must admit I've never noticed an issue so it would be useful to know.
Many thanks Anthony

Hi all,
Yes we are aware of the bug some lenders face with their lender dashboard. The tech team have been made aware of it (several times) but as they are going through some major changes haven't been able to get round to it yet. I will bring it up again when I am back in the office in the new year.
In the meantime, we advise lenders to clear their cache or use another browser.
Regards, WengYee

Admittedly I am not invested in this loan, but info such as this would be essential when considering a purchase on the SM. All investors should be notified of loan updates, not just ones who hold the loan. This reinforces my point in another thread that some kind of update mechanism needs to be provided. wengyeeRelendex

I have also not received an email regarding this loan and I posted the original thread! Has anyone received an email on this loan?

Morning all, With regards to loan updates, those are at the moment only sent out to those who hold Loan Parts. Only Approved Loan Parts are tradable on our Resale Marketplace - you can read our criteria on what that entails here relendex.com/about-resale-marketplace . So in the case of this Greater Manchester loan, it will not be tradable and no new lenders can acquire a Loan Part in it. Regards, WengYee

I have been trying to get an update on this loan since November last year, including emailing lender-support@relendex.com on the 19th December, as requested. Every request has simply been ignored. Not even an acknowledgment that a request has been made All of the other P2P platforms I invest with provide pretty much full disclosure on the status of loans. I have, unfortunately, invested in several loans now in default and have both stayed with the platform and continued to increase my investments with them because, through regular updates, I can see and therefore trust that they are doing everything possible to safeguard and recover investors funds. This loan payment is now 56 days late. What is the big secret about this loan that your lenders are not privy too? My patience with Relendex has come to and end and I have sold all of my other loan parts. IMHO ignoring investors completely is not good service. In fact it is no service at all.

Hi p2psavvy, I am really sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our platform. As far as I am aware, lender-support has responded to all enquiries within 24 hours. There have also been 3 updates sent to Lenders who hold Loan Parts in Greater Manchester. Could you please DM me your LD number and email so that I can check why you haven't been receiving our updates? Regards, WengYee

Googling this loan, throws up a Relendex page that says this loan has 32 days to run until repayment.
I'm not in it, but nevertheless curious to know how Relendex have handled [still handling?] the problem. As a Lender on other loans, I think I have a legitimate cause to enquire, and to get an answer.
I've emailed them twice to ask directly about this, and so far have had no reply.
Perhaps a Lender on this loan [assuming they've been kept in the loop] could indicate the severity of the loan difficulty, and the strength of the Relendex actions, perhaps a scale of 1~10 ?? .... [edit] or God forbid, 0~10

Regards, WengYee Having PM'ed WengYee I have now received the updates on this loan and have seen evidence that they were sent to me. Even though I did not receive them. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory answer as to why my form-based enquiries and email to lender-support were not answered. I have suggested to Relendex that their processes and communication be improved as they are currently not satisfactory. At the very least, checks must be in place to ensure that all enquiries are signed off as completed, and within an acceptable time frame.

I've received a call from Micheal Lynn explaining the situation on this, and some other queries I had.
I'm happy with what I was told about the loan problem. (and the other stuff)
