proplend A few suggestions for consideration: *Allow secondary market deals to made at a premium or discount. This premium/discount could be restricted to a specified range, say +/- 5% like some other platforms do. *For 'Pending' Loan requests provide an approximate / estimated / indicative date of when this is expected to be launched. (Whilst I realise it is difficult to know precisely when a loan would be launched, I think providing a rough idea will help potential investors do some cash flow planning and minimise cash drag. This indicative date could be revised and updated as and when additional info is available).

A couple of more suggestions:
* Provide a history (date, time, Loan Id, amount) of the secondary market deals - the last few deals (say 5-10?) for each of the loans.
* Provide a facility for investors to get a notification email when the loan(s) they are interested in is offered on the secondary market. (Save time in having to keep checking regularly!)

I had mentioned this in a separate thread and thought it may be helpful to include this here.
From an investor's perspective it would be helpful if the following information is grouped together and easily accessible in one place in Proplend's 'Loan Request Summary' document:
Assuming the loan is paid on maturity: A. The Total interest, charges and fees payable by the borrower (interest, arrangement fees, broker fees etc.) B. The Total amount which the investors would receive as interest (net of Proplend's 10% fees). C. The Total amount which Proplend would receive (as arrangement fees, 10% share of the interest etc.) D. The Total amount which third parties would receive (Brokers, Valuers etc.).
I expect A=B+C+D.

Thanks for your feedback sapphire - I will pass this onto our borrower team. Richard Thanks Richard. I look forward to hearing from you on the outcome of the various suggestions and if they have been accepted. I expect some of the suggestions, if accepted, may need IT changes. How often do Proplend undertake IT changes - adhoc / monthly / quarterly?

Not sure if any changes were implemented since the last loan (30 mins to launch at go live) but wanted to note that performance was very responsive today for more than one purchase, thank you.

I noticed a 1/3 of the loan had been sold before go live of 11am today, could leave some investors bit miffed although still availability after 5 mins.

I logged on at 10:55 to make my first Proplend investment and viewed the Pending tab etc..
At 11:00 I clicked on the In Funding tab, saw H*H*R* listed, clicked More but I couldn't see any way of investing!
Went round and round clicking various page items for what seemed like minutes - no joy.
Logged in with a different browser and lo behold there were the Lend buttons. Invested and logged out.
Logged in again using the first browser (Chrome) and then I was able to see the Lend buttons.
Persumably this is a caching issue - has anyone else been caught out like this?

Ys, I learned that you have to log out and log in again at the time of loan release.

The grouping of loan parts makes things a lot easier to see although I would still welcome the ability to sort column headings to tailor view ie by rate, months remaining etc. Also, for Burton the end date is showing as 7/10/18 although per the old format/interim loan update this was 7/6/18. I haven't checked any others yet.

Anyone know how to cancel loan part for sale under new ui in iOS or Android?
Portfolio -> Exchange Loans -> select:
i) loan name = sell remaining loan part or download loan contract
ii) Info = opportunity to Invest in my loan part up for sale!

I cannot see any mention of a ISA transfer out fee, so I assume that there isn't one, but if so it would be helpful to say so.
