I've had a quick read through, and this certainly looks like a comprehensive set of replies, so thank you for that. I'll have to have another read through in the morning, but I think the decision to engage thoroughly with the issues raised is a good one, and is certainly making me reconsider my previous decision to withdraw completely from the platform. It's also reassuring to hear that there are plans to improve the information and communications provided to investors - a step that I think should make things clearer for everyone involved.

carolus, that is a great initial feedback! I am glad to see a few folk (you & me so far) deciding to give PM a bit longer (still cautious in both cases as, as has now thankfully been accepted, there are improvements required). I am exceptionally pleased, indeed excited to hear (and indeed see) how readily they listen to members (I am a little embarrassed that I chose not to try contacting them earlier & I am grateful to them for contacting me as an investor, not as a dissenting, if hopefully constructive, voice on here)! My biggest suggestion to anyone would be ditch the web chat - yes, you get a quick answer, but I always say the only thing worse than no information is mis-information - look at the HMOs getting back on the SM - the web chat was confirming a firm no, when that turned out not to be the case. I am still selling (at less discount), but I am also buying (first time in 3 months). There are bargains to be had on the SM now - just a matter of trying to pick them out from the toxic ones! Good luck to all, whether they buy, sell or both.

If you want to then share then ok but at least you know the official answer to your questions for your situation.

New accounts display is too cramped. Put it on another page or put the messages text above/below. Agreed, i love being able to see the detail but it is too cramped.

Thanks to those that have added additional questions so far. Again, to be efficient, could I kindly ask that this round of questions is completed by Sunday and then we will respond ASAP next week (but certainly before the end of the week).
Thanks again.

Already have (complained)! I hate the fact that they still block PM after I have used it for 8 months and made 3 complaints about them doing so!
I call them the bank that likes to say no! (It is *not* TSB.)

I don't know, I think maybe your bank manager is on to something. Maybe you should take the hint.

propertymoose, the answer re PMF/SPV 76 isn't ideal. Clearly as the original poster feared, interest has not been deducted from the rent when it should have been. The PMF 76 was sold on the basis of the SPV holding 6 months interest on account, but only 1 remains. To remove the issue, will PM agree to provide the SPV with an interest free loan to provide the relevant coverage to the PMF? Would it be possible to direct me to a copy of the mortgage document?
