You need to reset your expectations then. A pessimist is rarely disappointed.
If you are fresh out of pessimism, I can point you at several posters who appear to have an excess and can probably lend you some. I've never felt so much anticipation before being disappointed!

No new updates posted at all as yet. Their email seems to have jumped the gun! Although the email link didn't show much, they all seem to appear under " Recent Updates" on the site - for what good they are! A few more of the previously advised repayments would be a better update!

well thats about it for another month folks.not much progress happening at all.must be very frustrating for lendy and even more so for the many lenders who no longer fund any loans anymore.

All updates on my loans are the usual zero progress rubbish. Probably the only updates of any substance are the previous promises to repay Exeter loans have been changed to “the borrower is not able to proceed”. To say Lendy are so proud of their world class recovery team and the tireless work they do behind the scenes they’re having no success at all. It’s a bit like running tirelessly on a treadmill or having a world class striker that never scores any goals. The only difference these days is that I have very low expectations that there would be any positive progress on anything. They’ve done a terrific job of setting my expectations.

Actually on paper there is some progress, certainly on the older loans. Possible resolution to PBL027, PBL031, offer for PBL037etc, possession of PBL064, PBL068, deferred possession on PBL101/2, offers on PBL157/58, salt may be pinched but there is progress.

This has probably been said before....
Reading through some of the defaulted loans on here, many of which I’m not in, but four which I’m stuck in; there is a recurring theme on nearly all of them where something positive is just about to happen then it falls through and they’re back to square one.
Many of them don’t appear to be in a realistic position to be resolved within the next 6 months, 12 if fortunate.

I don't know what's going on there really but I think for many months there has been talk of a major DD failing and the F word on here in terms of some strange overseas arrangement, and I think it's one where LY just got done up like a kipper by a crafty borrower who outfoxed them and took advantage of their early inexperience and lack of in house expertise in the earlier days. I don't think the update has changed for months and I doubt it will for months to come. Can't help thinking they should have stuck to boats which they knew about and could have made a steady living lending against, but of course would never have become super rich from.

I have received no confidential information concerning progress - only the boilerplate reply of the loan updates. i have requested Lendy to provide any further information that they feel able but have not had the courtesy of any reply - a metaphorical brick wall! I think I am just a little peeved that something seems to be moving in a hush hush Lendy sort of way but along the way i have been overlooked. anyone else in the same boat?
