Someone used the word “hubris” before and I don’t think there’s any better word to describe LY. I genuinely don’t think LY will be around much longer and I also think they know it and don’t care.

It won't be a big fallout, it's hardly looked roadworthy for a good 6 months imo, so won't come as a shock to those following the jackanory..

I can’t see Lendy gong under.
Big developments can’t get funding anywhere else so it will just take lower LTVs, reliable valuations and higher rates to get things moving. Oh and getting people their money back so they can invest, there should be some biggies repaying soon. Some people have thrown their toys out of the pram it seems.

Hope the DFL004 s****** 14m will reply on time as they indicated ... that would be a big lifter of the secondary market and will get a lot of things going, even if only 50% of the repair funds go back to Lendy.

This Friday should have the update, but as it is a Bank Holiday will that happen as usual?
Could it come on Thursday or be delayed until Tuesday?
Can anyone remember what happened last year?

I'm very much hoping that there will be no Update, meaning that investors will not have been provided with another dose of misleading information to be ignored

I on the other hand would like to have the update whatever it might be about, I would rather have my own judgement to decide what to believe what not to.

Well they won't want to rock the boat at the moment so we'll most likely see an update today unless they're working tomorrow.

.. well it's indeed out. That's it really. If you haven't read it, don't bother... (sorry being facetious - I was so underwhelmed by their flummery that I didn’t notice that there was a link to the loan updates)

.. well it's indeed out. That's it really. If you haven't read it, don't bother... Actually there is some good news. All being well; PBL168 will be repaying £4,763,528 on the 06 April 2018. ALSO, DFL004 full repayment on the 14 April 2018 of £14,308,813. There may be more repayments coming, but those two alone total just over £19 Million. That will help the secondary market.
