Thats the normal overnight rolling process.
Its not a particularly high amount, kind of around the middle of daily average I would say, there are probably a few big loans hidden in there but the average loan is only £2k

So I must be missing something. If there is a sizable demand why doesn't it drive the lender rates up?

And again normal today
I wonder if the early matching was a trial to see what the impact was

All week this week the matching has been back to normal times
I am guessing RS have done something behind the scenes (server upgrade would be my bet) as the overnight batch processing has been much much faster
I suspect they were running the lunchtime matching early so they would have more time if any issues had been introduced, and now that everything is running smoothly they are back to normal. Even that lunchtime matching is running quickly.

In this case, looks to about 3.8%. I say this, as I suspect there's more of us here interested in lending out a few quid at the highest rate going today, rather than knowing we could drop 10 million nicker in in one go at 3.1%. I mean, payday isn't until the 1st and my bank gets all fussy about debit card deposits over 5 mill
