N*** P*** hotel strikes me as much more problematic than this one - hope it isn't yet another another disaster...

Just got repaid capital and full interest.šš Recent updates indicated all was not well with these loans.
In the end a decent result for most of the lenders, 95.3% of capital and interest repaid (Ā£755,250).

Is this the subject loan? As this states a 1st charge on the assets in the description? Can someone enlighten me if there are loans on this in front of the above ? thanks

I think this thread is about a different Wirral loan (not the one you've mentioned). It can be confusing, there are few Loans secured on properties in Wirral.
