Another question. How can I change my card number for "investments"? Can't find any option on "add investment".

Is there a setting to make interest payments not automatically reinvest so an income can be drawn?

Hi nsiamSomething strange has happened in my account. As of a couple of days ago I had £200 lent out via 20 x £10. I have just checked and it is now telling me that I have £190 lent out, yet a 21st loan has been added to the list (dated 7/2) and all 21 are shown with a status of live. It sounds ludicrous but I can't see any likely explanation other than that you have deducted £10 from the lent out total instead of adding it !

I've sent another portion of money on Tuesday - arrived today. Took only 2 days to arrive. Has it changed now from 7 days to 2 for everyone or is it just one off?

Speed of investment is looking good. 95% of my cash is now lent out. We'll be transferring my next "installment" tomorrow

Transferred another portion this morning and 70% of it is already lent at 14%. The lowest I have is 8% and it took longer to lent than anything else.

Hi ilmoro The explanation you have provided above leads to a couple of further questions: - Does that mean that there is no way to withdraw just the queued portion of the investment? - What about "investments" made at different times? Are these treated separately or together. For example if I invest £100 @ 10%, and then when £80 has been loaned I decide to top up my 10% queue with a further £100. Meaning I have £80 lent and £120 queued. If then decide to withdraw from the £100 queue, can I withdraw just one of the £100 investments, or do I now have a single £200 investment? I think you need to rethink this, as it would be quite possible to have queued cash at a number of rates, and be fully invested at other rates, and want to transfer some of the queued cash to the rates where you are already fully invested to join one of those queues. Currently all investments are treated as separate investments even if they are at the same rate but invested at different times. With regards to withdrawing queued investment without selling live loans, we will look into adding this feature. We will also look into adding an investment "top-up" to merge investments. Hi nsiam Any progress with this withdrawal problem as at the moment my understanding is. As the loan parts all finish on different dates, it is going to be impossible to withdraw any queued funds (ongoing) without losing the interest on the 90% of the investment still lent out. Steve

More strangeness today.
Sometime since this morning the amount I have on loan has gone down by £20 and the amount queued gone up by the same (£10 in each of two rates). However, the amount earned in interest is unchanged and I still have just the one loan with a status of "Completed".
What has happened to the two loans that have seemingly disappeared?
I am getting increasingly frustrated with the bizarre behaviour that apparently occurs, and the information we are given on the loans we are in is insufficient to have any understanding of what's going on.
I had (and can still have with some encouragement) high hopes for this platform, but there is an awful lot to fix, and I will not be adding any more cash until there are significant improvements.

Hi marka, We are taking the comments expressed on this thread on-board and we are working quietly in the background to add more information, transparency and communications which will make Welendus much more clear and easier to use. We are almost done with some of the updates and will be releasing it soon. I will keep you posted here with the updates. With regards to your £20 lending, please drop us an email and I will be happy to respond with more details. Best, Nadeem

Deposited a bank card transfer Monday 4pm & was processed ready to invest 8am Tuesday - Significant & welcome improvement; have assigned several higher rates & will see how long they take to be fully invested.
EDIT: By lunchtime 6 new loans, representing approx. 10% of my new queued money, so it appears lending is speeding up too, reducing any cash drag - all seems positive for now.
4.30pm Tuesday - Approx 24hrs since deposit I now have just over 25% of the new money allocated to loans, across a range of rates, very satisfactory result IMHO.
11am Thursday - now approx. 70% of my new money invested, alongside a couple of full capital & interest repayments, that have now also been reinvested in a very timely fashion.

The speed of lending is very good indeed, it looks like the right demand/supply balance. We'll have to see how it goes in near future and we didn't have any full returns yet, but it looks promising so far.
