Has anyone been near this one to see whats happening? Latest FS updates:
22.1.18: Valuer was at the site last week. We are awaiting their valuation report prior to issuing a renewal.
Wouldn't it have made more sense to have asked for the re-valuation before the loan became overdue?

Much too sensible...go and stand in the corner Actually there is quite a lot of info on FS DD..but I see you don't yet have access to it...unfortunately I cant simply c & pee the info across to here as I'll get strung up due to sensitive info which identifies all those concerned...perhaps you could contact FS through the usual channels or wait until FS decide to inform everyone..and yes I have quite a decent investment in this so Id like to know myself as its now reached 209 days

This was one of my first investments here after from moving from FC and my capacity for critical thought was briefly suspended by the lure of secured borrowing.

Know what you mean...instead of an inkwell taking pride of place on my desk (kitchen table) ive now got a salt cellar with teaspoon at the ready..a spoonful of salt with every answer helps...clearly you're still recuperating from the FC experience but rest assured it passes with time...a very long time I mean

I hope they get a renewal and I get an exit You must have put a thrupenny bit under your pillow cos guess what..1644086661 is up for renewal 28th Weds 11am..the question I'm going to sleep on is...do I take my three figures in interest to my ISA and yank the capital with it...or do I get greedy and rollover..half a loaf being better than no bread or who dares wins..decisions decisions

Edit..A recap might be of interest in the DD thread as the borrower has certain connections with loan/s currently on the platform ? Also the email blurb says that the borrower has paid down the renewal by £172.5K to £262.5K (from £435K)
