Did the cashback recalculation take place yet? If not, can chris confirm when it has happened? Was sent to the admin team yesterday, waiting for confirmation they're happy with the figures. Should be imminent. I still only see one cashback credit, which seems (per posts above) not to include aftermarket purchases. I know I made aftermarket purchases, so ... when does the other shoe drop? The trouble is it has been so long, and the offer was so convoluted (what with trying to track prebids, bids, reverted loans, 2ndry market purchases, loans like Aber**** and Red**** and Weston ***** ***** that are still dragging on where there is supposed to be cashback due to delays, yet I have now pulled my prebids because they were going nowhere and tying up funds -- yet my cash was still tied up on the promise of something happening). I'm losing the will to keep track of all these sticking plasters, yet I can't quite trust AC to pay them out. This is because previously people have had to ask and ask on the Q&A, only to be told "this will be done soon", "not done yet?", "I thought it had been ... apologies". The Yorksh*** one was eventually paid, yet I can't reconcile the amount vs my bids. Asked on the Q&A for how you worked this out, no response. There are figures quoted in different places that don't match. Still waiting on the cashback for High W*****e due to delays Please tell me the new site revamp will put an end to this sort of thing. You're also going to have to start showing working somewhere (dates, percentages), not just dropping random amounts on statements

A good complement has been paid, but am still 20pc short of my calculated figures. Will need AC breakdown to understand where the problem is.

I've received the extra cashback payment to correct for the previous omission of cashback on SM purchases. Figure now tallies with what I calculated, but obviously up to individuals to check their own cashback. Thanks AC.

There may be a bit more to come for those that are still in drawdown/re-run auctions, as they were eligible for the cashback but still haven't got there yet.. I'm thinking Aber*****, Red***h and West** S**** Ma** ...

Sure, but I am making my calculation based only on loans already converted into loan parts and secondary market. Let's see what breakdown I receive from AC.

Never got the breakdown promised by Dominic 3 weeks ago, but I assume he was on holidays... I also asked for a breakdown last week and have heard nothing at all since -- not even an acknowledgement of my request. It might be holidays, but if there's no response next week we'll need to chase it. IIRC, at the time the cashback was paid out the Aberystwyth hotel loan hadn't been drawn down, so the payment might not have included that loan. Has any one who bid on that loan during the offer period checked their cashback payment closely enough to know whether or not it included that loan? If it didn't, then further cashback should be payable inasmuch as that loan did proceed eventually.

I think we're now come to the point where we need a dedicated page on the AC site that clearly shows the position for ALL the Cash-Back deals that we've had. As I say this as there are now five more in the current list of loans pending drawdown. This new page on AC should also show when and how much Cash-backs gets paid, highlighting if we are involved in each particular deal or not. (Would andrewholgate like to comment after the week end?) At the moment it's all so confusing, chris is this a possibility for the New Site? After all the page relating to the High Wycombe cash-back is no longer visible and other deals are all over the site hidden in different corners. I don't know which cash-backs I might be in, for example; with Aberystwyth there were three auctions but I was only in two, the loan was the Poster Boy for delay taking about a year, much or all not really be down to the Borrwer(?) I'm not sure if it's includes cash and shad-bid or even pre-bids for that matter. On thinking about it I think I'm in two of the Aber cash-back compensations and I think one was paid, but then again I could be wrong. If there was an AC Cash-Back page I would know where I stand. The other thing about these Compensation Cash-Backs is that they're really about getting the Borrower moving not so much about generating an income stream, so I guess AC don't really push that hard to actually get the money. This ignores the fact as mikes1531, I think says, it's only about £200 in total for one inparticular. I think I'd be happy to donate the money to charity on the whole. I well know others might feel differently... Another aspect is New Borrowers can come onto the site and could view this New Page and access the risk. I'm not sure if that's a bad or a good thing, it depends on how successful AC are collecting this compensation cash-back and also how genuine the Borrower is. Alternatively it could be private to each Lender just as my Account Balance is private. Going back to Aber the drawdown was delayed for one day by Lenders not having money ready to settle shad-bids. So it was drawn only one day before the HMRC or Supervisor deadline. Personally I'm not too bothered, I just wish they'd draw the loan, sort the paper work out or kick the lawyer. Delete as applicable.

I finally got last week the calculation made by AC (totals, not loan by loan, but useful enough).
The difference comes from the fact that they have deduced the loans sold during that period and I had not (I only totaled secondary market purchases and loan offers already converted into loans). I went back to the email detailing the April cashback, and the email spoke about "the amount of new investment our loyal lenders successfully make through Assetz Capital from 2nd April 2014 up until midnight on 30th April 2014". It did not mention net new investments, but this is how the calculation has been made.
