H**********y bridging loan 1.5% / month, I just bought some more Just for clarification...1.5% applicable form 15th Aug & only due to fact that loan is late in repaying due amounts. Original rate was 1% (12%pa equivalent) for 6 months due to end Aug 15th, hence higher default rate.
