done a quick bit of DD - 2 points 1) is there a fee payable to the site owner if this is sold - can be 10% ? 2) it looks very overpriced to me - have seen similar ones for sale at under £10K
The LTV is still good - the loan will fill but I am being careful with this one - may have a tiny nibble...

Well, according to their e-mail, you have a choice between investing £0 and £25. As a £6k renewal I would venture that this loan will not only fill, but fill within the first 60 seconds.

Just a small matter of waiting to see how long before I can access the money.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Repaid early, but the administrators have still taken a 2.5% fee + VAT etc. Only pennies because this is a very small loan, but it just shows administrators aren't acting fairly and can't be trusted. Of course, the administrators will charge for their time costs for the complaints and correcting their mistakes.

A good result as far as it goes - should have had a nibble ! Can I just ask if this fee has come out of your interest - if so why hasn't it come out of the FS fee?

I've only just checked but it looks closer to the expected 0.125%(+VAT) to me.

I've received 100% capital and 4.84% interest. I don't expect many of remaining loans to be as successful. I hope they will start releasing available funds to lenders soon, I already have 10.8% of my FS funds now marked as available.
