Consolidation and increase of two previous loans..36%LTV 1pm today
As I'm in neither of the original ? two loans can anyone shed light on the history of this ?

Seems a little rushed. That said, very low LTV is tempting. (I should know better). Know what you mean  ...ive got 500 due back from Rutherglen renewal which is close..ish to filling..and will be lying dormant in ISA..as Car**sle is only 11% I was hoping to utilise that into ISA..Is it hoping too much that the return of money will precede the new loan ? Failing that I might have to nibble with my main account  Stop press...hold the front page..Rut***glen has filled

Loan funded in less than a minute! Ha ha....you wouldn't need one hand to count back from where I got a nibble...shame its on the main account though..still as granny used to say...half a loaf son is better than no bread 45 seconds

Contrary to FS email, the previous loans were not closed before this loan went live, so those funds could not be used on the new loan . Thanks FS.

You should be able to get some more of this loan in SM soon at 0.1% premium though!

Once again FS screws its investors by not putting a restriction on to allow more to invest. £20k and £14k went to 2 investors
